Did very good and efficient work to find the clog and resolve the issue

We knew the price would be high due to holiday and emergency services but not that high. But with that, we had excellent service from Kyle. Very polite, friendly, and a true professional! Overall from my first call in to the text for the schedule work date and time to the update on when the tech is on there way was so professional! You guys should always get top rating with this system you guys have in place. This was actually a great pleasure and experience working with you guys! Thumbs up to your company! Every company needs to learn from you guys! GREAT JOB, you guys earned every $$$$

Squeezed me in on the same day I called about my leaking water heater. Came to my house at 3:00 pm and stayed way past normal working hours to finish the job. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs!

Also, I wish you had discounts for Seniors on fixed income and a military discount. I'm a Disabled Vet and unable to do my own repairs anymore and Elijah definitely helped in that respect. Being both a Senior Citizen and a Disabled Vet it would relieve some anxiety and affordability, especially with today's financial issues.

Rudy Aiono did a fantastic job in locating and repairing my Gas leak. Very Courteous and Professional. Customer Service with a smile. He explained to me in detail of how and what he will be doing and shows me the outcome of each area he tested pointing out where the gas leaks were. Whenever I need any future plumbing, I will surely call upon Furuta Plumbing again and will recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work. Thank You Furuta Plumbing!
