Water Heater issue: Solomon communicated well from the moment he knew another call was going to delay him and then once again when he completed that call and was on his way to me. He was very thorough and knew his stuff. Since he was able to resolve the issue during the free assessment I was not charged anything despite him being here for over an hour. Excellent service.

Korey did an outstanding and very thorough job doing work on our toilet. He was prompt, professional, and took great care in taking care of the tiling and toilet unit. Would highly recommend him!

Frank M. did a terrific job in repairing the condensate drain line for my Fujitsu AC fan unit. He is very competent and cordial, very knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. I will definitely call upon Steve’s Plumbing for future work.

Kyle was very easy to work with, flexible, and listened to what the customer had to say. They did two pretty big jobs, one for $13,000 and one for $8,000.

Both these jobs replaced our galvanized piping with PVC and replaced some of our galvanized water supply lines with copper.

On some items where they had to remove the shelving, they actually replaced it with rebuilt shelving done without any charge.

When I asked about putting an extra quarter inch spacer in a toilet flange, the technician said you really didn’t need it, but he still added it when I requested it for better durability.

Steve’s plumbing is a little pricey, but you pay for what you get and when it comes to plumbing you don’t want any leaks that go unnoticed and destroys your property.

Due to the holiday, it was costly but it was a relief that Brandon was able to clear out our main sewer. I can't recommend Brandon enough! We were dealing with a major blockage in our sewer line that was causing significant issues, and he came out quickly to address the problem.
Brandon was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and put us at ease right away. He thoroughly explained the process of clearing the line and answered all of our questions patiently.

I can’t thank Steve’s Plumbing enough! They came to my home and installed a hot water system completely free of charge, something that took nearly half a day of hard work. The technician, Zachary Brownfield, was not only licensed and highly qualified, but he also showed true care and compassion for his customers. You can tell he does this work with heart, not just for a paycheck. Zachary was respectful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill with kindness, but Steve’s Plumbing does exactly that. I honestly can’t explain how grateful I am for their generosity and quality service. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help; they truly care!

The front office communicated well about scheduling. Nik was prompt and courteous and up front about the cost. He asked if I was military to get me the best deal and let me know everything he was doing as it happened. Cannot recommend Steve’s enough!

Excellent plumbing service! They were professional, on time, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Fixed some exterior plumbing and Ben and Kalani showed a little extra aloha replacing a bathroom drain line also. Mahalo!!

This is truly not an AI generated review, I cannot thank Paul, Landry, and Marv enough for coming out ASAP (truly within the same night and day) to come and fix/repair our roof and ceiling's leaking pipes. They were extremely professional, timely, kind, and patiently explained the issue at hand and how they were going to fix it. All 3 were also very diligent and made sure to document all of the issues and repairs so that we have photos to provide for insurance purposes. Landry and Marv were also kind enough to drain our water heater and inform us first-time homeowners that it needs to be done yearly. Again, not an AI or generic review - I hope I conveyed enough how thankful and appreciative we are with their help and professionalism. Mahalo!

Wow...totally amazing......as a local, I've seen the Steve's plumbing advertisements over the years. I had a need to replace my 17 year old water heater before it failed. Steve's staff was awesome online. Never dealt with them before. But I'm totally happy. Very responsive. Timely, and service oriented.....I asked for a Monday service but they offered an earlier Friday before. Quality install. NICK was great. I am a new fan of Steve's Plumbing. They delivered on their promises!

Nalu Pitoy was awesome! Came to my house on time and and tested my water pressure because I thought that the pressure was way too high. He crawled under my house, tested the plumbing and everything was fine. I didn’t even get a bill. Best company ever. Steve’s plumbing is now my plumbing company Oh yeah

Steve’s ac service was so great! Very thorough from phone communication to the technician Josh Cassaday that came by. He was super lovely and provided great service. They could have made this process any smoother- they got the moldy smell out of all our AC units and we are very grateful

Steve’s Plumbing & AC did an outstanding job providing timely and affordable service. Ryan Y., the technician who came to our home, was respectful, professional, and efficient. Aaron, the project manager, was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive in communicating everything Ryan needed to complete the job the same day.

Our water heater broke. Its over 10 years old. They were able to get us a tech same day even though they were booked. From the phonecall to the service provided, top notch customer service! Hoku was very respectful, not just about the service but also in the way he conducted himself in and outside the house. He was also very thorough. Told us what the problem was, what our options were, and helped us get the best out of our buck. He wasn't pushing business. He had our best interest at the forefront. Crystal was awesome! Her customer service was excellent and she helped ease our minds on the whole ordeal. We are definitely going to recommend Steve's Plumbing to everyone!

Koa came to fix my water heater and clogged bathroom sink drain on Christmas Eve! I was so worried it would take longer, but he re assured me that he would get it done and I could enjoy my Christmas! He was friendly, knowledgeable, persistent, and patient. He made time to show and explain to me what was being done - I value the transparency and him showing me.

I signed up for the membership and that saved me 10% - good value for 15$ a month.

Jeremy Thomason provided outstanding service! He took the time to answer any concerns we had. He was able to secure the parts needed and finished in one day when it would usually be a 2 or 3 day project for other companies! He did quality work and is truly a Master Technician!!! Shane was extremely professional. He tried his best to fix my very old spigot and pipe. He then thoroughly explained my options to repair or remodel. I appreciated his honesty and frankness to my situation. He did fix other repairs that was much needed.

My water heater went bad. Called Steve's Plumbing in the morning and Solomon came out that afternoon to check on it. After going over and explaining my options he scheduled to have the work done the very next morning. Next day he and his helper came and did an awesome job in replacing my water heater.

I was very impressed with Steve's plumbing. My plumber Koa was informative and punctual. He gave me several options to repair my shower and made sure the job was done to the highest standard. He was a good resource for upgrades in the future. The scheduling dept. was good at sending messages if there would be a delay. I thought the rates were reasonable and discounts are available for military and others.
