Just got my split air conditioner from Kawika and his crew and couldn't be more pleased. All were very profesional, prompt, and had great attitudes. The communication was excellent from beginning to end. He kept me updated on the progress and the installation was quick. As soon as they got here, they started working. No delay at all. It was exceptionally hot and not one complained. We had priced several other companies and they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. I feel that the price was reasonable and glad to pay extra for the work they have done. As for the unit, it is Mitsubishi's newest model and notice the difference right away after the installation. The unit is super quiet and live that I can control not only the temp but also set timers and use just the fan when it's not so hot. My only regret I have is that I procrastinated too long.
