Ana has taken over the cleaning of my short term rental condo in Waikiki and made my life and schedule SO much easier. I don’t have to worry about linens going missing, the unit left unclean upon guest arrival, or little maintenance things left unaddressed. She always lets me know what needs attention, is prompt to clean upon guest check out, is flexible when extra requests are made, and sends photos once complete! I found Ohana Facility services through an add I placed on Facebook! I was hesitant to change because it’s so hard to trust just anyone with my business, especially with so many turnovers of an airbnb room. Ana has filled the spot tremendously well and has great communication and invoice protocols. Really appreciate her and her team! Couldn’t be happier!! Thank you, Ana!
