Jonny and Sam arrived in time and did the job very quickly and neatly! I was really happy with their work, again. They’ve been here before and did a great job then too.

A+ results and service from Johnny and Sam. They arrived promptly, replaced a rusted toilet lag bolt (wax seal and supply lines replaced too) and resolved a tough clog in my kitchen sink line. Top notch professionalism and skills from both Johnny and Sam. Would recommend 535 Plumbing to anyone, 10/10!

Keaupuni and Jaron did a great job replacing our kitchen and shower faucets, along with a grab bar for one of the showers. They showed up on time (let us know when they were on the way) and got everything done quickly. Highly recommended!

The water backed up in the kitchen sink. Water cannot drain put. Johnny and Sam came. Rowter Rooter the piping below. Unplugged my sink within the hour. I am so glad they solved my problem. Nice guys!

You can never go wrong with making 535 Plumbing your 'go-to' plumbing company on Oahu. Last week, I had John and Sammy over to fix a drainage problem in my new kitchen sink. The contractor who did the original install did it incorrectly- and John and Sammy saw the problem within 2 minutes- showed me what was wrong (the previous folks used illegal parts) and then fixed this within minutes. John and Sammy were great. 535 Plumbing is great...and that's why I never hesitate to call them if/when I need help with my water fixtures. Don't get fooled by the businesses who use their first names as their business. The 2 I used (rhymes with Leaves but starts with an S) was so stupid expensive- that I will tell everyone to avoid them at all costs. Not 535. Make them your first call. You will not be disappointed. Gabe and Ridge were nice and professional. They fixed the clog on my toilet in no time. It was easy to schedule with 535 and they were able to accommodate me.

I'm renovating a bathroom and my general contractor told me my water shut-off valve was frozen and needed to be replaced. I called 535 Plumbing and they had technicians Jay and Ridge come out to my home within 2 days. First, the office staff at 535 are awesome. They kept in constant communication with me and gave me rough estimates since a technician hadn't seen the issues in person, only from photos I sent though text. I like that they texted me questions and emailed me confirmations of my appointment. Secondly, Jay and Ridge did an outstanding job. My new shut-off valve and irrigation box are much better and easier to access and use than my old one. They had to chip away the concrete and refill the surrounding area after changing everything and they left the area neat and clean. I saw how much concrete and dirt they dug out and I was impressed that they took it all away with them. Jay explained every issue along the way and the steps to resolve it. He seems very knowledgeable about the outside water system. I appreciate his constant communication with me throughout the process. Overall, I had a positive experience with everyone at 535 Plumbing and will definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs. Thank you, Jay and Ridge!

I called 535 Plumbing LLC for a drain problem. I liked that I could actually speak with someone right away. Victoria was very responsive and sent Keaupuni and Jaron out within an hour or so of my call. Outstanding response.
Puni checked everything out but found no problem. Our condominium building is old and the drain waste vent system is about to be replaced. But he was very thorough, moving out our washer dryer and snaked the drain lines. Turns out everything was ok.
I needed that peace of mind as leaks in a condomium apartment can be catastrophic and costly.

535 Plumbing was very responsive and good at communication. I called them because my gas water heater went out. The receptionist was able to get a technician in the same day (Monday). After determining the old water heater is no good, they were able to install a brand new one the same day!

Quick, professional, and courteous service. Gabe and Ridge fixed my leaking toilet within a few hours and went above and beyond to clearly explain the issue and what repairs I may need to consider in the near future. Both were friendly and easy to talk to—highly recommended.

My kitchen sink drain was clogged. I called 535 and they came out right away. Johnny and Isiah did a very efficient job. They cleared the clog to the sink and the line running from the dishwasher to the sink. After reconnecting, they checked for leaks. They were very good and thorough. 535 is now my "go to" plumber.

This was the 2nd time that I used 535 Plumbing. I am very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. On this last job, I had a clogged kitchen sink. I submitted a job order online thinking that the company was closed on Sunday. I expected that someone would call me on Monday. No less than 5 minutes later, I received a call from customer service. She assigned Johnny to come to my condo between 10am and 12pm. However soon after, Johnny called me to say that he would arrive in 10 minutes, He was at my condo at about 9:15 am.

While I am watching Johnny work and listened to him proactively explain the root cause of my problem and action he took to reduce a reoccurrence, I could see how much he loved his work and helping his customers.

I don't know what 535 Plumbing's hiring selection criteria is, but from my experiences with the company, their people seem to have a passion for the work they perform and enjoy helping people. The company also has systems in place to make it convenient for customers to do business with them.

535 did a fantastic job for me, special shout out to Johnny and Jourdan! I reported to them two separate problems: 1) A toilet tank was filling very slooowly, and 2) the adjacent sink was draining even slower. After diagnosing the problems they first set about rebuilding the toilet tank. They completely removed the tank, cleaned it (!) and replaced it with a new seal, valve, filler, and even adjusted the chain so the handle is easier to push. After testing thoroughly, they tackled the clogged drain - which I had lived with for well over 10 years - by first removing the P valve, and then using their 25’ long mechanical snake to remove gobs of thick black gunk from the pipe. They reassembled everything and tested for good drainage and no leaks. When they told me they were done, they walked me through each step of the repairs that were made before reviewing the charges with me. That’s when Johnny noticed that a “Senior Discount” wasn’t applied, so he made that final fix to my bill and left me a happy customer. Got a plumbing problem? Shane and crew have been my go to plumbers for a long time from fixing leaks to replacing toilets, faucets and fixtures along with solar heater needs. Just replaced a faucet for my utility sink area. Shane the owner personally made sure that my exact needs were met. On scheduled day a wrong fixture was brought. Shane quickly corrected the miscommunication. Techs were very professional with the installation. They even applied a senior discount without me even asking. This local company does not even pass the surcharge for using a credit card. Truly a fantastic local company.
