Eco Clean came to my rescue when my condo was flooded. They were very helpful, always friendly and kind, and consulted me about everything. Eco Clean got my place back into better shape than it was before! Even though my insurance took months to figure out payment, Eco Clean was patient and never demanded that I pay them directly. I would definitely call them again!

The team at Eco Clean Hawaii are amazing! After my water damage, I struggled with getting timely estimates and appointments from other well known water mitigation services. Lydio and his team came within two days, were very polite, fast, and when they were done it was like they were never even there! I cannot recommend this team enough. I seldom write reviews, but these guys truly deserve praise! Mahalo!

I received an email back within a few hours of my inquiry, an appointment the next day, and a quote within 24 hours. Shoutout to Marcelo, who was amazing and helped us every step of the way!

I am a property manager in Honolulu and have got to say that EcoClean Hawaii is one of the best companies i have worked with when it comes to timely communication, follow through, and in the quality of their work.

Our tenants were moving and needed their carpets cleaned. Calls to another company went unanswered for over a week. I called EcoClean after reading their reviews and spoke to Lee, who took our job request on short notice and was really flexible in fitting us into their work schedule. Lee was especially great at reaching out to our tenants and coordinating a time that fit the time table for their move. In addition, he was very good at responding to questions and emails, making the whole process a breeze.

On the day of the job, the work crew called me beforehand, and were very professional both in deep cleaning our carpets and in working with our tenants. Our tenants were happy with the service and said that the crew was really friendly and efficient. Our carpets look great, smell fresh and are ready for the next tenants!

I had an amazing experience with eco clean! They answered all my questions and were super friendly and professional. My kitchen sink was clogged and overflowing so I looked up a couple companies who could fix my problem and saw all the great reviews for Eco Clean. Andre Cunha is the guy who came into fix my sink. He came in on time, we chatted about the sink for a bit and then he got straight to work. My sink works better than it ever did before! I highly recommend him and their great company.

I was referred to Eco Clean to clean up water damage to my bathroom ceiling from a leak from the unit above. Not only did they clean up well, they opened up the area, prepped the area for repair, and also completed the job with great quality work. Lydia and his guys were very helpful in working with my schedule to get the job done. What impressed me the most was that they took responsibility for a minor damage to my tub that was done accidentally. It was repaired quickly! Lydia and his guys do great work, i highly recommend them!!!

We are very pleased with the work that Eco Clean performed at our 2 bedroom apt. We had a leak that came from our neighbor upstairs and damaged our ceiling which happened to have asbestos in it . We call these guys and couldn’t be happier we did . Andre Souza project manager from Eco clean came and helped us to get a Pod and a place to stay working with our insurance to be able to get the asbestos abatement done. Highly recommend these guys!

When we returned home one afternoon, we noticed water on the floor in front of the dishwasher. Once I turned off the water and removed the kickboards to inspect, it appeared that a line to the dishwasher had sprung a leak and water had soaked the entire floor under all the kitchen base cabinets.

We called Eco Clean Hawaii and they immediately had a team come out to inspect the area and help us to resolve the issue. Lydio and his team were excellent to work with. They knew exactly what needed to be done and quickly preceded to remedy the problems. They sealed off the room and removed all the material that was damaged beyond repair. They then worked to completely dry out the area with some very high-tech dryers and dehumidifiers. Once all damaged material was removed and the area was scrubbed and dried out, they were able to inspect, test and verify that all was good and we were mold free!

We had an emergency leak and our carpet/walls got flooded. The plumber suggested Eco Clean. Now, I appreciate a strong referral, but I still like to do my research. After calling around and getting three more bids, turns out Eco Clean still had the best service, but was 15% cheaper than the lowest of the three other bids. How did it turn out? Eco Clean got our place back to 100% dry. Ruy and his team was friendly, professional, and worked an extra day just to make sure one of the walls was thoroughly dried out. I cannot thank them enough for the responsiveness, punctuality, and technical expertise--obrigado Eco Clean!

I recently experienced a major house flood and called ECO Clean Hawaii for help. Despite being both after hours and a holiday, the team arrived quickly and immediately set about clearing the water and setting out equipment to begin drying the floors and walls.

Seeing my distress, they were compassionate and patient, answering my many questions and explaining what needed to be done. Their knowledge and expertise, coupled with professionalism and friendliness, put me at ease and confident that the work would be done correctly and with a high level of quality.

I am extremely pleased with the work ECO Clean provided - in addition to the water mitigation and restoration, they also replaced my flooring and kitchen renovation! After the big storm, we experienced water damage in our hallway ceiling. Eco Clean was very quick to send out a crew to assess the situation. Project Manager Brent was really professional and easy to work with. He sent a crew to open up and dry out our ceiling quickly and efficiently. They were able to do this with little disruption to our home life. This photo shows how compact and neat their remediation work was. They did a great job and were so easy to work with.

Thank you, Eco Clean Hawaii for renovating and restoring my place, mainly the downstairs. I can’t be anymore pleased with the finished project.

The crew was all equally very polite and nice. They gave me feedback as needed with whatever they were doing. They were very mindful of the environment and maintained safety at all times; cleaned, cleared and made sure they left the place safe for me to walk around before they left for the day. They went beyond expectations. They even installed and replaced my old broken washer/dryer with my new ones upon request. They didn’t leave until almost everything is back, especially the heavy furniture and appliances were back in place. I’d like to add that they also installed my front door and garage security doors (not on the list).

I truly appreciate the work they’ve done. Before I learned about Eco Clean Hawaii, half the battle I had was looking for the right contractor/company to do the job. It was my first and only experience of this magnitude since we acquired this place. But when I met Alex for the first time, and no later, personally spoke and met Lydio and his crew, I knew I was in good hands.

I had Eco Clean clean the carpets in my Nu'uanu apartment. When the technician Raul arrived he was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do and how he would try and remove 3 stains on the carpet. I was very impressed with this young man and his work ethic towards the job. He was able to remove all 3 stains, was in and out in a timely manner and left everything clean and neat when he left. This is the second time I have used this service and I highly recommend Eco Clean Hawaii.

We cannot express our gratitude for Eco Clean. From the start their team went above and beyond to save our home from additional flood damage. Their entire team provides amazing communication and project management. They took charge and managed the entire process, from cleanup, replacing damaged flooring, drywall work, etc. All until our home was in better shape than before. Thank you so much Eco Clean!

Eco Clean has helped me as well as my friends and family numerous times and every time they've been absolutely phenomenal. They're fantastic at all the things they do and the difference between their work and other mold remediation companies is tangible. You can feel the quality in their work. My condo was flooded from an upstairs unit. It was a constant dripping over a few days. The walls were soaked and there were pools of water under my hardwood floors. It was a complete disaster.

I made a call to EcoClean Hawaii and they were able to come immediately, that same afternoon. Alex was super helpful and knowledgeable. Through his expertise, he was able to pinpoint the potential source of the water leak and worked towards an expeditious solution.

He and his team worked around my busy schedule to start the mitigation process immediately and made it as painless for me as possible. They removed my flooring, put all my furniture back, and put temporary flooring so I could return and stay in my condo that same day. And started drying the walls immediately. They were extremely efficient, effective, and professional.

Alex even took the time to explain the entire process including what to expect from insurance companies, the claims processes, and the next steps to start repairs. This a homeowner’s nightmare, but I am very grateful to Alex and the staff from EcoClean for making it as easy as it could be. Thank you!

I usually don’t write many reviews but I would feel guilty not to share this one.
I’m a first time condo owner and woke up to an awful surprise in my bathroom. There was water everywhere and a plumber recommended Eco Clean Hawaii.
Alex assisted me in contacting my insurance and guided me throughout the whole process. Eco clean team was able to finish the work quick and worked with my schedule.
I definitely recommend them.

Excellent job! Quick response too! I would recommend to anyone. I first spoke with Lee. Very nice & immediately responsive to my call. Quickly set up appointment and provided estimate for water extraction and clean up of floor. Raul was the technician who did the mositure, mold check & total carpet cleaning caused by leak that came from nearby unit. Raul was extremely polite & professional. Completed work in 1/2 hour & carpet was like new again! Buyer was very happy too!! I would highly recommend Lee & Raul. They were superb and did a thourough job!
