First time Brandon serviced our house for our quarterly pest control treatment. He called about a half hour before arriving to let us know he was on the way. He was polite when he arrived, checked out the house before starting his spraying, asked if we had any problems indoors (we haven’t), and did a thorough treatment.

This review if for Will Heinz, who recently came and did a service at our apartment. 5 stars for sure! Will was super friendly, full of aloha, and was very thorough with the follow up service at our place. These guys in general know what they’re doing and I’m super happy with their service. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with bug issues in Honolulu.

Reyn was friendly, thorough, and professional. While attentive to my concerns, he did not waste my time and covered all the bases.

Tawni is very detail oriented and does what we ask of her. She is also very accommodating with my schedule and even serviced my home sooner then anticipated.

Whit was a great technician. He not only checked out the spot where we had found the termite droppingsthat we had called in about, but took the initiative to check another spot that had also previously been treated. He borrowed a hand vac so he could clean up afterward. He was pleasant and professional.10/10 would ask for him again.

When I ask Steve about any areas of concern he will trouble shoot for me like when I saw ants in house he said it may be due to overhanging trees. I am doing tree trimming in the next so he warned me about possible rodent activity & if any problems he would circle back. Excellent service proactively & appreciate his proactively approach.

Dustin was very helpful and explained what services he was going to do for our home today. He came during the time frame that was scheduled and finished in a timely manner.

We own a historic house in Kailua and have relied on KILAUEA PEST CONTROL since 2016. This company provides outstanding service! They maintain excellent records on our property and call us when service is due. Josh C, the supervisor, is our “point man” and answered all my questions. His knowledge and professionalism inspires confidence in their services. Our exterminator, David V, was excellent. He was very thorough and very careful. He took extra time and effort doing the outdoor termite treatment (which involved drilling holes into concrete walkways, spraying the perimeter and also spraying deep underneath the house.) Finally, you have to love it when workmen take pains to clean up the area when they are done! Mahalo David!
