I called Curtis when my pool pump stopped working. He got on it the next day, which was so appreciated. Toni came out to replace the pump and he was professional and friendly as well as super patient answering my questions about the new set up. His work is meticulous and I appreciate the clean up after. I can only recommend Curtis and his team. I've worked with several pool services over the years, some better than others. Natural Salt Pools is going to be my go-to from now on.

Natural Salt Pools is excellent to work with and responsive. The technicians are able to make repairs promptly and provide full reports and updates. When we need additional services or make requests they inspect everything thoroughly. Thank you for the weekly reports and for servicing our properties.

As long as I live in Hawaii and own a pool I will always use Natural Salt Pools. Curtis and crew are the absolute best- everyone has went above and beyond in service, communication, and pool management. So happy I recently made switched to them.

Sorry this is a delayed 5 star review due to my busy work schedule. Curtis and the folks at Natural Salt Pools went above and beyond replacing my pentair salt cell while it was under warranty. The process was smooth and effortless and the professional and kamaaina service was top notch, way above 5 stars! I highly recommend everything to make Natrual Salt Pools your first and only stop for and all pool service and equipment needs!

Curtis & his crew are amazing! The weekly attention to our pool & hot tub is thorough & our current tech PK is personable & efficient. Curtis always gets back to me within 24 hours when I have questions or concerns. We’re lucky to have Natural Saltwater Pools as our pool caretakers!

Great service and clean pool, Curtis and team have been servicing our pool and spa for years. Our pool is always clean the service is consistent and friendly. Salt systems are 100% worth it, switch if you haven't already.

Caution!!! This company smooth talks you. Very impressive speech with zero results. Owner is rude when confronted with his poor work ethics. They are over priced. They'll take your money and run when confronted. Beware!!!!
