Nakoa came out and gave us an estimate for removal of our large Monkey Pod tree that had become difficult to maintain. He was pleasant, professional and was able to take the tree out within a week. Removal day went well without any problems! Definitely recommend their services!

Very professional Service accomplished all work in a timely manner, very informative and educated as an arborist .
He has all the equipment to do very large trees comes with a truck with a very large boom and basket for topping those really high trees.
We were very pleased with his work and will have them out here again soon.

Nakoa and his team were fantastic. They took down some tricky limbs very safely and efficiently to mitigate risk to our property and our neighbors. Nakoa was able to provide an accurate estimate nearly immediately on his first visit to scope out the job. He did a lot of the work with an electric chain saw that vastly lowered the volume that usually comes with normal tree work. My wife and I highly recommend Kohala Tree Service.

After the Kona Low storms, our drive was blocked by a chunk of a large eucalyptus in our yard, and a neighbor’s tree crashed across our fence. As busy as KTS was at that time, Nakoa and crew came within a few days and made quick work of the mess. It’s our 2nd time using KTS and both experiences have been positive.
Efficient, conscientious, professional and fairly priced for the work done. Recommend.
