(DECEMBER 2022) KK Air Conditioning... Professional, Knowledgeable, and Trustworthy Company. Today was my installation day for my Mitsubishi Split Units (3 Bedrooms/Living Room). Crew of 4-5 men arrive on time and started working right away. Respectful and good clean work performed. I am happy with my new AC and will be Maintaining my AC with KK Air Conditioning. During the installation, problems occur, parts had to be modified to fit my new system. The knowledge of the crew solved the issues and finished the work correctly and safely. I highly recommend KK AIR CONDITION for all AC needs and service. The Owner Kent Muramoto and Manager Greg Saito both checked in with me before and after the installation to go over the work that will be performed and to see that things went smoothly. AWESOME!!!

(DECEMBER 4, 2023) My annual service tune-up was completed today. KK Air Conditioning still Professional and Trustworthy company. Crew of 2 arrived on time. Serviced and Cleaned my indoor split units and outdoor system units. Thank you Myra for scheduling the service to accommodate my work schedule. Need to keep your A/C units serviced and running smoothly in order to live in comfort. I highly recommend KK AIR Conditioning for all your A/C servicing. Perry conducted my annual inspection and was efficient and personable. He arrived on time, explained the inspection process and answered all my questions. Great to have KK AC follow up and keep my AC in top shape as we head into summer. Mahalo

I had an emergency and Myra took my call and sent out their technician Erik Hofmann by 8am the next business day. Erik demonstrated 10/10 customer service 10/10 professionalism and 10/10 demonstrated A/C expertise!!! I am extremely grateful for this company. Andre was both polite and knowledgeable. He explained the issues with the system, answered all my questions, and finished everything including prep. Would recommend.

Prompt initial response to my issue. Setup up a date as soon as possible. The repair person was on time, diagnosed the problem and did the repair. He also cleaned my 2 other ac units. Noticed there were issues and what the remedies were. Very professional. A second repair person did come to assist. Very pleased with the service. They are my AC repair people!

Although they were really busy Myra sent over a technician to check out my none cooling AC unit. Kent also came to check it out. They found that the unit was out of refrigerant. Since the leak was not an easy fix, I decided on replacing the unit. Kent said that he didn’t know if a new unit was in stock and he would check on it and let me know. He called me back and said that he had one in stock and he would install it today. I didn’t expect this but his technicians and Kent finished the job and I’m very thankful for his quick service. A very big MAHALO to Kent and his team.

Very prompt did installation in an an orderly manner. Upon completion cleaned up and tested. Had a leak that was repaired and retested. Now running smoothly. Not to mention office and others.

Kent and his team replaced and installed our Central Air Conditioning unit in July 2024.They did an excellent job.They were very knowledgeable and explained everything.We just had the annual maintenance service performed on the Central Air Conditioning unit.Aaron and Sheldon were very competent and courteous.They did an excellent job.Myra was very helpful.We appreciate the friendly customer service from KK Air Conditioning Team.Thank you!

Everyone was great -- from estimate, through billing and installation, great service. All team members were super friendly and professional, always happy to answer questions. I didn't have to coordinate an electrician or anything, KK AC did all of that. They had what I wanted in stock, so estimate to full install was less than 3 weeks -- installation was a single day! I would definitely use them again.

Kent was very professional and completed the repair and servicing carefully and expediently. Will definitely use KK Air Conditioning for all my home AC requirements in the future. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a new AC system installed or servicing an existing unit.

Overall, my experience with KK Air Conditioning was OUTSTANDING! My initial contact with Mira was very pleasant, which convinced me that KK Air Conditioning was the right choice. I was able to schedule an appointment to unclog the A/C drain with a fairly quick response. The service technician was quick, clean, thorough, kind, and professional. Pricing was very fair and transparency was outstanding. Overall, A+ for customer service, pricing, response time, and knowledge. Definitely will make KK Air Conditioning my preferred vendor for A/C repairs!
