Alex, Zion, and the crew came out to install 4 9k split units for our hale in the desert of Ewa. They did a Great Job, each guy did their share of the work, very efficient, professional, and hospitable crew. Only in Hawaii, you have guys that act like neighbors or nephews and get the job done right because they care! Our Ohana really appreciate their hard work to bring “cool quality of life” to our family…for the second time!
Yes…We had Neil Wiedeman’s crew come out and put in a 24k split unit (high sere) in the summer of 2019, it’s been pumping ever since. My cousin sent us to Aire Conditioner Shoppe, because she used them to service their AC units at her store in town.

Great product, team work and customer friendly service.
Called on 2 separate spilt a/c replacements and they were consistent with high quality product and work at reasinable price on both. No longer need to call other companies for quotes.

I had my installation done. It was a quad zone and was completed all in one day. Looks very professional. The installation guys were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And you can't beat the price. I was very satisfied.

I replaced our 18 year old AC with a Mitsubishi. The crew arrived on time and removed the old unit, installed the new one and cleaned up and removed all the trash. They answered our questions and provided information on the use, care and upkeep of the new unit. This unit runs very quiet.

The team was right on time and finished when they promised. They did quality work. Alex knows a lot about air conditioners. Neil was always responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

I would hire these guys again. Neil, can be succinct on the phone, but I personally like doing business that way. He gets right to the point and gives you a great price. Kua is just awesome. He is the rep that came out to give me a quote and lookout the job. He is super friendly and will give you extremely sound advice. The guys who installed the system I loved. They were great and I would have them back any day. They showed up when they said they would, they installed the system fast and they were fun to be around. The only constructive criticism I would have is that they left the house a mess. Any contractor knows that you clean your job site after you finish your work. If you are going to bore a 4 inch hole in someone's wall it is really, really easy to hold a shop vac extension up to the wall while you drill the hole so that it doesn't create a mess. There was saw dust, plaster particulate and dried paint everywhere. It was in every crevice. It took me 3 hours to clean it properly and its not clean. It would have taken one guy holding a vacuum attachment up as the hole was being drilled to avoid that. That 2 minutes of time for each hole would have avoided a lot of work. So, HIRE THESE GUYS, they are awesome, but tell them to bring a vacuum! I would hire them again tomorrow with no questions asked.

Professional and courteous. These workers know their product and provided easy to understand instructions for operating the air conditioner. One price from the Aire Conditioner Shoppe included complete installation and electrical hookup. They also took care of the HECO rebate which reduced the over-all cost.

From Neal to Kua to Alex, I have been a customer for close to 15 years. So Alex and his crew did a great job. Asked several times if they wanted water or snacks, but each time they declined and kept working until the job was complete

Very professional and explains everything they plan on doing.

Out of 3 quotes, Aire Conditioner Shoppe came out comparable. I liked the fact that they had an in-house electrician that could do the job which was factored into the quote. Other quotes required your own due diligence to get an electrician to do their part for the install. A team came out and installed 3 outdoor and 4 indoor units within half a day. The lead was very accommodating to what I needed. I told him I would be replacing all the window trims so he was able to work around that idea to make the install work. Any issues they ran into, they brought to my attention which they had recommendations for. Definitely recommend this business for any HVAC work.
