As a business owner, you cant trust anyone. I used another air condition company when I first opened my business. They tried to screw me over and when I complained they refused to fix the units or do maintenance. By chance I came across Nu Era and since then I am so appreciative of their work. Best quality work, friendly staff, family owned small business. I implore all of Kapolei to give them your business. They are the best! I even saw someone wearing their shirt at the gas station which reminded me I needed something fixed...I told her and the next day she emailed me with an appointment time! Love love love Nu Era and the Batoon Ohana!
