Great experience the Fuse Hawaii, had 2 different techs come out, one for cleaning and one for an hvac refill. Reasonably priced for both.

Aloha: FUSE Hawaii serviced and diagnosed two of our split level A/C units today. Roman provided the diagnosis of our problem and Daniel accompanied by Kate provided the maintenance service. All provided exceptional service that was not only thorough, but done with a personal style that was friendly, respectful, and unexpectedly receptive to all my questions, requests, and concerns. One of the few companies that picked up their phone quickly. They had a technician at the condo within the next day and a fair estimate equally as fast. Inessa was very friendly and quick to respond when I had questions. Only ran into 1 hiccup during the repair which delayed completion. Still a great job overall!

We had an excellent working experience with Fuse Hawaii Air Conditioning. The company is very prompt with their service from quoting the job, to scheduling, to completing the job and following up on other details. The people I worked with were very accommodating in all aspect of this project and I felt that they cared about the work they did.

Very good experience with the estimator. He was competent, gentle, and nice. Prompt installation (down payment Fri/Sat, install and pay balance Tuesday). Good workmanship.

Update: We had an anomaly about ten months after installation. Can you believe I called to leave a request for service Sunday early evening, and someone picked up the line and scheduled me for the next morning? It's true. They did. When the technician arrived, his work was efficient and sharp and courteous and it's fixed! It took about ten+ minutes What a thrill to receive that quality of service in this age. We still have nothing but good to say about this company.

The exhaust fan in my shop stopped working. They did some magic on the next day without any parts. Highly recommend.

These guys did a fantastic job. I used to use CLK cleaning but they wouldn't call me back after 2 weeks of leaving messages. Fuse Hawaii called me immediately to schedule my a/c cleaning. The serviceman was 30 minutes early, very professional and courteous. Deep cleaned my split unit. Everything took about 90 minutes. These are the pros I'll be calling to clean my a/c units in the future.

Guys were very thorough and did a good job even came back the next day to be sure everything was completed properly.

Fuse was extremely helpful throughout the project, even as my requirements shifted. Working with Michael was a pleasure as he was always quick to get back to me and answer all of my questions, very responsive!

I called Fuse around 10 in the morning because my split Ac unit stopped cooling. The technician came at 1pm the same day and fix it right away. I was amazed at how responsive, professional, and fast they were. The diagnostic price was also very reasonable. I will use them again in the future!

The Business Owner, Roman, came to my home to provide an estimate for replacing the Carrier Condenser and Air Handler.
The current installation of the Air Handler was poorly done, with insufficient space.

Roman took the time to explain and draw on a piece of paper what my current setup is and how the new installation will be done.
Roman taught me a great deal about my current and future setup.
It was mind-boggling.

Finally, he was also able to answer my questions about the Hawaii Energy Credit, specifically regarding central air conditioner replacement and an Air Conditioner Tune-up.

A fairly new company on Oahu, these guys know how to communicate. They also excel at service and installation. From someone who was in the air conditioning industry for over 20 years, I was prepared to critique every move. They Installed our new air-conditioning system without issue.. Very happy with their service. I’m going to refer as many people to them as I can!
