The quickest turn around time (3 days) I've experienced with CHW from submitting the claim, CHW contacting & setting up appointments with qualified technician to assess issue, to repair/replace my garbage disposal that had started leaking....easy peasy... well worth the housecall fee.

We ordered a new dishwasher through Costco and A1Quality came and did the install. I was so impressed with the service I received. He was very knowledgeable, kind and picked up after himself. I’ve NEVER had someone install something and give me helpful tips and show me how to use it. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!!

Installer did a great job with our dish washer he even answered questions my wife had about our garbage disposal. I truly appreciate that because I did what he told us and it made my wife happy. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping.

Jacob is great. He explained everything about what he was doing and made sure I was clear about a few obstacles with my super short cabinets. It was a challenging install but he handled it well and the results are great!

They arrived early, did a great job and finished the same day! They installed the new dishwasher, took away the old one, and cleaned up after themself. Installation cost was included with the Costco purchase price for the new Kitchenaid dishwasher!

Very difficult appliance installation using GE equipment, since KitchenAid doesn't make that appliance anymore. The installation guys did a marvelous job with a very difficult situation. They had to fabricate connecting parts, and do significant alterations on the cabinetry. They did a wonderful job, and I can't thank them enough.

Ben came and replaced both fans in our LG refrigerator. He was so nice and very professional! I unfortunately was laid up with knee problems and he said just rest and I will take care of it! And he did! Don't know pricing because we had extended warranty and they took care of it with RC Willey. Would definitely recommend A1 as they have been great every time we have needed them!

Not only did he efficiently install the new dishwasher, but he also went above and beyond by carefully removing a dead mouse that had been trapped under the sink. This was a huge relief, and I truly appreciated his willingness to handle such an unpleasant task without hesitation.

They came out and installed a dishwasher I purchased from Lowe’s and removed my old one. Very pleased with their service. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them!

You won't go wrong with Quality Appliance. The technician repaired a very hard to find vibration rattle on a brand new dryer. I was totally impressed by Ben's work ethic and the office personnel as well. Way to go Quality Appliance.

Response to my call was well timed and the technician arrived right on schedule. Nathan diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote that I found reasonable. The part was ordered and Nathan returned one week later and completed the install. I really appreciated how Quality Repair kept in communication with me. I will definitely contact them again for future repairs.
