He did an incredible job. He gave us a quick chat about how it would work and set expectations and followed through wonderfully. Our carpets looks GREAT afterwards. Best prices I've seen around. He came recommended by our landlords, AND we went through him again for our new home. No regrets. Will be keeping his number for future cleanings! 10/10 would recommend.

Nice guy did a decent job. Stuck to agreed price. Prices were more than fair. I would use him again, Carpets were a little wetter then I would have like but not a big deal. He he did four bedrooms a family room stairs and hallway.

Paul turned out to be the best case scenario come true for my carpet cleaning needs. He was a terrific communicator, showed up when he said he would, was fair and reasonably priced, and most importantly did an absolutely fantastic job on my carpets. I'll call him again next time, without question, and you should confidently do so as well.

I used Paul for the first time yesterday and he was great! I called him last minute and he fit me right it. Worked quickly and affectively! We got a puppy that had a few accidents on our carpet. Paul got the odor out and my carpet looking fresh and clean again! Will absolutely use again.

Paul was great. He seems like a really good guy. I wasn't expecting miracles since it had been awhile since my carpets had been cleaned. He came pretty close. My carpets look great. Great service all around. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. And I will be a return customer.

Paul was amazing at cleaning my carpets on maybe a 24 hour notice. He showed up promptly the next day and left my carpets smelling amazing. Paul is very nice highly recommended him

Paul was out of town so had a tech Matt he was very informative about what he was doing and why the only issue I had was the carpet was a little wetter then last time. Matt was very courteous as let me know was running late which I greatly appreciated!! Thank you for your help today

Did a good job but felt his extra fees made me question his integrity. Charged me travel fee, he's said it was listed in the fine print of groupon, mind you be asked me not to go through Groupon so how would I have known. Said he would discount a service 50% for spray, come to find out that is his normal fee. Didn't have time for me to add any extra rooms so missed out on that special discount also. Like I said. Did a great job but ask about fees up-front.

Setup an appointment after reading their reviews on Groupon and he never showed up on the day and time agreed, never responded to my text message. I did not purchase the Groupon and decided to do business directly with him. Disappointed!

He uses groupon to sucker people in. Only 3 day refund and doesn't answer any specific questions untill after the 3 days is up and he tries yo upsell you for everything normally needed to clean a carpet. If he doesn't show up, he still refuses to refund your money.

I have given Carpet Cleaning Solutions one star, but only because zero stars isn’t an option. I have used Paul several times in the past and have had a good experience each time. HOWEVER, the last time he came to clean was EXTREMELY different. I had scheduled Paul to come and clean the carpets. When I told him I did not want any of the add-on treatments, his attitude completely changed. He told me that if I was going to only have the three bedrooms cleaned, it was going to cost me $100. (His Groupon price for three rooms and a hallway is $69). These were normal sized rooms and did not exceed 600 square feet total. He told me that I would have to pay a trip charge, which he NEVER mentioned in the multiple times I had spoken to him prior to him coming. When I told him that he never mentioned the trip charge and that the zip code I was in was NOT stated on the Groupon site, he YELLED at me. He has always told me in the past to not buy from Groupon because the Groupon company takes a large portion of the sale price and that he would just honor the Groupon price if I bought directly from him, so I didn’t buy the Groupon thinking I would just pay Paul $69 directly, which should have covered three rooms and a hallway. Instead, he charged me $100 for only three rooms and NO hallway. Also, when paying via Venmo, he asks that you pay him as “friends and family” so that he doesn’t have to pay any fees to Venmo. Lastly, as if Paul with Carpet Cleaning Solutions doesn’t have shady written all over him already, when I asked him for a receipt showing I had my carpets cleaned with a truck mounted system, the receipt stated that I paid $169 for the three bedrooms, which was NOT the total for the cleaning. Unless you like being yelled at, lied to, and working with an individual who cheats other companies, I do NOT recommend Carpet Cleaning Solutions at all!
