I am so happy with my carpets after complete carpet care shampooed. Even my teenage daughter’s room looks good and I didn’t have much hope for that room. I would definitely recommend complete carpet care!

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday. When I called the woman who answered was so nice and professional. Even squeezed me in a last min appointment. JJ came out and cleaned the carpets and did an amazing job. He was professional, kind and diligent. If you need your carpets cleaned I highly recommend complete carpet care.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with JJ and Complete Carpet Care!! Our carpets look amazing! We had expressed that our daughter is high risk and JJ showed up wearing a mask and even wore it outside when packing up. We had two area rugs that he took to clean and brought them back to our house looking brand new two days later. He even wore his mask just to walk the rugs to our front door. His attention to detail and how he cleaned our carpets was exceptional but going the extra mile to help keep our family safe was more appreciated than anything. We will recommend them to all friends and family!!

Awesome job! Saw an ad on Facebook, and the next day Holly reached out. She was super helpful and answered all my questions. We were able to get scheduled the day we wanted, and they were early! Great communication all around. The guy that came out had to search everywhere around our complex for a water spicket, but that didn’t change his attitude! Our carpet looks AMAZING. He was able to get multiple pet urine stains out, and stains from our toddler spilling stuff. We are SO happy with the results and cannot thank them enough!! GO WITH THEM FOR YOUR CARPET NEEDS! :)

I found Complete Carpet Care on yelp and they were very quick to respond and get me an appointment! I have a few animals so my carpets needed TLC. The man who came (sorry forgot your name!) was very punctual and professional. He took his time to make sure all the rooms were properly cleaned. My house smells amazing and the carpets look great! I’ll be using their services again.

I am so happy with the results of hiring Complete Carpet Care! My main issue was cat urine and it was fairly widespread! JJ pre-treated the spots before cleaning the carpet. He explained the process and got to work. It’s been several weeks since he was here and the carpet still feels soft and fluffy and the smell is completely gone! I was impressed by the safety factors he took to protect the wall corners in my hall as well. Overall, he did an excellent job and the set- up appointment details were beautifully handled by Holly. You won’t be disappointed with this company. I’ll definitely have them back again.

If I could give this company 10 stars for their services performed at my home, I certainly would! They cleaned my dining room chairs (which are upholstered seats and backs), steam cleaned carpets in our entire house and cleaned the grout and tile in our master bathroom. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction and all looks brand new! Their work ethic, loyalty, and professionalism is truly admirable! Plus they are the nicest family owned business too! I have found a company that I can trust to always take such good care of me! Thank you so very much!!

Even though we had a miscommunication with scheduling and I couldn't get my carpets cleaned on the original day, this company's OWNER himself showed up on time on the new day/time, and went above and beyond what I had negotiated in order to clean not only some fish oil pill spots, but any part of the room he could reach without me moving the furniture again.

Integrity is rare and irreplaceable. 10/10 recommend and I will be scheduling again when I can get the whole carpets cleaned.

What a hard time to move, just before Christmas! Moving out of our rental and moving into our new home was so busy and hectic. JJ was amazing, kind, helpful, thorough and did a great job on the carpets. I will definitely use Complete Carpet Care again!! I highly recommend.
