Excellent service. Very prompt and affordable. Our furnace had a gas leak a couple days before Thanksgiving and after getting the run around from multiple providers, Brian contacted me and had the installation quote within a day. He then followed up by being here Monday morning following the holiday weekend and installed the furnace in a very timely manner (right before freezing temps outside). I highly recommend his company and services.

I've worked with Jeff and crew for over 20 years from site prep to custom building & remodeling historic properties. When good friends and relatives need help, I send them to Creek.

Jeff with Creek Enterprises Inc was great to work with. We had to get our HVAC serviced and checked out because of the sale of our home. He was able to get us on the schedule within the 15 days it had to be completed in and one of the weeks was a holiday week. He was very professional and quick. The value was great too! Jeff & Dustin came to my place in Horseshoe Bend to install bathroom fans. I’ve been very happy with the results, they were friendly & clean. They even spotted a different (unrelated) issue that I had no idea about, they may have saved me from a potential fire. I was incredibly thankful for their service & will use them again. 10/10 recommend!

Brian helped us overhaul our broken ducting a few years ago and was willing to think creatively for an old house. Dustin just repaired our broken furnace. I trust and appreciate Creek Enterprises.

I recently had Creek Enterprises LLC replace my furnace with a new high-efficiency furnace. Jeff and Dustin did a great job at a fair price. They are great guys too - they are my neighbors. I plan on doing business with them again for regular tune-ups and Central Air when needed.

Charged almost $300 to replace a thermostat. It was an unauthorized visit by a tenant and the company didn’t ask if they were allowed to do work on the equipment/ at the property in the first place. When I questioned them on the phone, I was quickly told “we do ask” and ushered off the call. However both the woman I talked to and her husband, the owner, both informed me they didn’t know it was a tenant living at the property. The worst part is that the problem wasn’t fixed and an issue arose with the AC unit less than 10 days after the visit. I usually don’t write reviews but this was a very frustrating situation to deal with.
