Jacob did absolutely amazing fixing my furnace! I love the fast same day response to get my house warm again! I will continue using them for my HVAC needs!!

Charles was able to check my furnace condition and reviewed a different sound he heard under the house. Turns out I have a leaky kitchen sink pipe that was dripping under the house! I would've never found this out without his going the extra step. I look forward to working with Owyhee HVAC for my plumbing needs too!

Dean was super helpful, my filter hadn’t been changed in a few years and we found some in the garage- he was happy to switch it out for me.

Had a great experience with Jacob Balik! He was super friendly and very prompt on his work, arrived on time and helped me get the issues with my air conditioning unit sorted out. Also helped me out with a couple maintenance tips for the future, and now I have ICE COLD air coming from my vents. Very pleased with Jacob! Great work!

These guys are awesome, I was out of town during the install and I was worried about pipes in the home that may have burst while the furnace was not working.
They walked through the entire property and sent me pictures to show that there were no issues.
The new furnace works like a charm, thanks guys!!

Charles S. Was professional and personal. He did a great job, was very kind in telling me what issues need to be repaired.

First, we used Owyhee for HAC when we built our house in 2001, added a zonal system in 2010, and replaced the HAC in 2022.
It now 2026 and we have to replace the Zonal Circuit Control Center and Major and minor Duct Repair and Replace the Dampers. We highly ismreccomend Owyhee for their services and professionalism.

Technician Charles was very knowledgeable. Worked fast and did a good job. Answer questions to our satisfaction. Serviced our heater and did a waterheater flush.

Had my Furnace checked and cleaned and the hot water tank flushed. Charlie came out and did an excellent job. He's was very considerate of my house, and put in booties to come inside. He answered all my questions and was very informative. Great service and I would recommend Owyhee heating and Air!

Charlie came out to service our HVAC and our water heater to maintain and flush. 39 dollars! They are so thorough and always wear the shoe booties. Good communication with arrival time and during the whole process. Highly recommend!
