I called this business, as a referral and recommendation that was given to me for sprinkler blowout repair. Despite numerous conversations (including a handful of detailed photos sent upon request) I was never contacted by a service technician or able to schedule a date and time for the repair. I had just laid fresh sod and needed to get my sprinkler system up and running going into these hot days of May. After being put off again and promised a callback on Monday, I finally called on Wednesday in hopes of getting an appointment set up. They did not have their answering machine hooked up and when a gentleman answered he said it was not the business I was trying to reach, despite it being the exact same number as I have called numerous times before.
I have no idea why the run around. I am a veteran and a paying customer in need.
I cannot recommend this business, as they have been very unreliable and unprofessional with me.
