We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the job. They provided in-person patio and garden design. The step by step job application to be completed was described in detail. Our entire yard had to be re-graded to include moving and capping sprinkler system. They installed a patio with a fire pit as well as walking paths all in paving stones, all while performing every step and task promised. They started when they said they would and the work crew showed up to work hard and diligently. We made a change to the design after they started which they accepted without a blink. It was a real treat to work with a company that put “US” first, especially after so many others let us down in so many ways. Thank you Hanna and Shane, you have built a business that produces a quality product while putting the customers first. Job exceptionally done.

Owner Shane and his team did a fantastic job replacing our 35 year old concrete driveway and front steps with Dublin Cobble pavers.
They did it on bid, on budget, on time.
We really liked the way they used a poured concrete footing to underlay and reinforce the edges, without the concrete showing at all.
The whole installation is attractive and clearly engineered to last!
Shane is a great communicator and was always timely in his response to our emails and calls.

We had Mountain Hardscape Systems add a new patio and walkway for us. We have been told by many craftsmen that it is the best job that they have seen in Idaho. We agree and are very pleased with the quality & design of it. Shane helped us decide which colors & design would work best with our yard & house color. He & his workers were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time and cleaned the site at the end of each day. The job was completed when they projected it would be. We will definitely be recommending Mountain Hardscape to our friends, family & neighbors.

I would recommend Mountain Hardscape Systems because Shane answered our many questions in a timely manner, came to our house several times to discuss options, and picked up and dropped off different sets of pavers for us to try out. His crew cleaned up the mess after the job was done and gave us extra pavers for any future accidents. They understand patio longevity so much that instead of just normally setting the pavers, they pour a concrete curb around the external pavers to avoid shifting. Caring about how our patio looks years from now is what set them apart from the competition, even if they happen to be slightly more expensive.

They started the project when promised. They were here constantly until it was mostly done. Any unplanned expense (or add on from us) was explained and the extra cost was stated. At the end of the project our cost was within our expectation (although we anticipate about 10-15% cushion for whatevers).

I would definitely choose Mountain Hardscape for any landscape project. They started and completed work on schedule. Morgan is amazing. She went above and beyond helping me pick out all parts of the project from pavers to plantings. Victor and the crew are very skilled at completing the paver work. He and Ryan made some great suggestions and resolved issues with irrigation all while staying within my budget. We are so happy with our patio transformation. It turned out beautiful. Can’t wait for spring !

We had a paver patio extension with gas fire pit done by Mountain Hardscape Systems. This was added to our newly built home. The house building experience was horrible! The only solid, honest experience was with Shane and his crew from MHS. Very professional, honest, and showed up on time when they said they would and did the great work they said they would do! I do not give reviews, especially good ones unless they are well-deserved. Thank you Shane and MHS for your honesty, integrity, and hard work. My family thanks you all for the work we as a family enjoy so much! Highly recommend!

We are getting older so needed something to go into place that would cover up an area that we could not keep up with. Our choice was Mountain Hardscape Systems and what a beautiful job they did and what an amazing difference it made to our home. We went from weeds and broom grass out of control to a front porch area where we can sit and enjoy a cool morning or a warm afternoon. Emily is amazing in the planning and design of the pavers we chose and the crew was fast with the installment in place within a day. There were some glitches that were taken care of in time but overall very pleased and enjoying the new and updated look my house now has.

I asked Mountain Hardscapes to extend my patio and add some square feet to the side. It was a small job, but had some complications because of drainage downspouts and curves on the original porch.
I interviewed several companies to do the job and Shane at Mtn. Hardscapes was clearly the most knowledgeable of what needed to be done and how to do it.
Victor, a master mason, is brilliant at building and finding solutions for how to lay the stones. He found a way to incorporate the new side yard patio with the current curved patio. It is so beautiful it looks like it has always been this way. Victor cut the stones so that they arched around the curves naturally.
The quality of work is unparalleled. They know how to build and create permanent landscape. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I highly recommend their work.
