Artic Air has always been fantastic! We had an issue upon moving into our home & they were quick to problem solve. Today, we signed up for their tune up program & Levi was thorough and knowledgable!

My gas furnace and ac unit needed to be replaced. I was referred to Arctic Air by a friend at work. I called to set up an appointment and Larry came out later that day. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Larry is extremely detail oriented and measured the airflow in the furnace as well as the ac. He explained what it should be, what it was, and went over the process of replacing the equipment. The following week two techs came out and installed everything. They were both very kind, professional, and explained what they were going to be doing. They not only did an awesome job with installation, but we’re very careful to clean up all of the debris afterwards.
For outstanding service with an affordable price, I highly recommend Arctic Air!

Bryttan our Arctic Air tech did an amazing job troubleshooting our AC unit, the solution was having to replace the whole thing which is a homeowners nightmare… they honored our warranty as it had literally just expired. Thank you so much!

Arctic air is amazing. Our furnace went out in the evening and I called at 11:00 p.m. thinking I would just leave a message and somebody actually answered the phone! They set up an appointment to come out the next day but offered to go out even that night. I'm so impressed with their service and Elijah did a great job fixing our furnace.

Shane was great on helping us to decide on which hvac unit was best for our home. Levi and Matt did an outstanding job on the installation they were great to work with and answered all questions we had and they walked us through everything we need to know about our new system. Arctic Air has taken care of our buildings and houses for nearly a decade now. They are reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We have many different kinds of systems including mini splits and forced air; heat pumps, swamp coolers, etc. they are able to keep them all working with regular annual maintenance. We recently asked them to install a new system in a building we had purchased and they were able to get the install completed within a few days, the price was competitive and the technicians were professional, polite and efficient. They seem to have the inventory and staff at their fingertips needed for any HVAC job. We've been very happy with the service they've provided and I'd recommend them to any home owner, builder or business.

We had a full furnace and A/C unit replacement everything went very smoothly. We are very happy with the hole proses and everyone has been great to work with at Arctic Air.

Was so grateful for and impressed with the service we received. They were able to come out same day and save the day. Elijah was so knowledgable. He walked me through everything that he was doing to troubleshoot and repair our issue, and answered all my questions after quite a scare from our furnace. First, I would like to thank all of the Artic Air employees involved in our HVAC replacement project for the great work they did. We have been using Artic Air for the past years for our yearly maintenance so it was an easy choice when we needed help with our 2nd story floor a/c problem. Shane was the one to figure out and solve are needs for the a/c issue, Shane had a plan to make it happen with adding new air ducts, larger registers and most importantly adding new a/c zone controls. Our lead installer Levi E. did a very outstanding job and made sure everything was correct and working properly, thank you Levi E.

Bryttan was early for the appointment and got right to work diagnosing the problem with my AC unit. The repairs were completed quickly and we were back to having cool air. Very professional and personable.

Mike did excellent work! He didn't give up until he figured out what was wrong with our system. We had several other companies out and they couldn't figure it out. A couple hours and he had us back and running. He was very kind and they seem to be reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! Came same day, toward the beginning of our time slot listened attentively and knew the problem immediately. Had a part replaced quickly and made us aware of prices before anything was replaced. Very satisfied.

Some angels wear wings ours wore an Arctic Air baseball cap. So grateful for the prompt service and that the repair was made quickly. Bryttan came out first thing in the morning and was so kind and pleasant. He not only fixed our AC unit but gave advice on how to avoid future problems with it. Beyond grateful for the help as today was suppose to be 102 degrees.

Mike has been an incredible help. Not only did he help me understand my furnace more functionally, his skill and knowledge was really impressive. He maintained a very good attitude every time he’s helped us, and he has always been quick. I appreciate Mike and he is definitely the reason we chose to buy a furnace with arctic air last month. Arctic air has been so good to work with. They dont make companies like this anymore!

Artic Air has been amazing. They have serviced our a/c needs for the past 2 years. When our a/c went out on the hottest day of the year they came right out and fixed it. Every technician has been kind, personable, and thorough. Great honest company! Mike has been our technician for the past several times and he always does a fantastic job! He explains everything he does and is willing to answer all of our questions.

Shane and his company are Phenomenal! They completed the HVAC on my new home and I have stayed with them. They installed a Air scrubber and complete the annual maintenance. Shane is great guy. Very professional and response. Shelby is outstanding as well.
