Guy came out and quoted for water softener and RO systems, he gave me a lot of information with no pressure! Jason Hoopes with Prime (Bauer Heating & Cooling) was great. The first company only wanted to sell me a whole new HVAC system. Jason talked serious about a possible repair. He felt it was a refrigerant leak right at the condensing unit connection. A refill with R410A is pricey now and only getting worse. My system was in great shape for its age so he had it fixed and up and running in 2 hours. I will call Bauer back when I do have to put in a whole new system.

Gabriel was friendly and quickly identified the source of my shower leak. He was also more than willing to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend him.

I called this morning and told them of our desperate situation. The earliest they could come was the next morning. I said okay but asked if there was any way, the sooner the better. By mid afternoon Helmut was here, and in fairly short order the situation was remedied and we were happy campers once more. Helmut was excellent! He explained each step of the process very clearly and made sure I was ok with everything he proposed. The process was quick and easy, and I would definitely call them again.

Nobody looks forward to sudden repairs and when our water heater had a crack and started leaking we called three different company's to get quotes Prime was the best. Prime showed up very fast, the technician went in the crawlspace to check for a leak, found out our toilet had a slow leak which was raising our water bill! The guy was super nice and didn't even charge us. We went and bought a new toilet. 🙂
