We have used Cda sheet metal since we moved here 22 years ago. They have always been prompt and courteous and answered all our questions. I appreciate a company I can trust.

Today I was THEIR client. I have been a vendor of theirs for years.
i called with an emergency and they showed up the same day and within 10 minutes had my issue diagnosed. Fixed within an hour.

They contacted me promptly after my inquiry and were able to do the install soon after. The team worked a long day to complete the work so the new equipment was up and running. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I put in a new furnace 3 years ago that never worked right and the other company came out two more times to fix it. CdA sheet metal came out, found 4 ducts not connected! After they left, I ran a couple of errands. When i came back, the upstairs is not 90 degrees and the main floor is comfortable. Whoop! And sooooo nice. Thank you Mark and Nick!!!

Michael is much more than HVAC! Michael designed and built a gorgeous wine tree made from the slats of an aged wine barrel and welded up a frame to hold a couple dozen wine bottles. He donated this to CASA for their main annual fundraiser and it was a huge attention getter! It truly is a piece of art!

Having seen his craftsmanship I called Michael when i wanted to wall mount a 65 inch tv above my fireplace...but not drill into the stonework or damage it in any way. He came up with a design when i met him at the shop that i thought would work and be aesthetically pleasing. I left hoping to pick it up after fabrication was complete in several days. 2 hours later Michael called me to come pick it up! I raced over and was shocked! It was perfect. I just finished installing the drop down mount and it works and looks incredibly well.

Long story short...if you have any need for more than HVAC work that involves welding, design and fabrication...don't hesitate to run it by Michael. I bet he pleasantly surprises you!

I just had CDA Sheet Metal and Heating install a new Lennox Heat pump heating system. I am very impressed with the quality of all the people I talked and worked with. Everyone was courteous and professional. Working with Mark to get the correct system to the installation, everything worked smoothly. It has been just a couple days but, I am already very impressed with the system also!

Michael Poole, the owner saved my bu**. We were doing an emergency repair on a high end chimney flashing. Due to the unusual nature of the natural rock chimney, we needed a 8" high flashing which no one stocks, as it has to be custom made. Michael saved the job for us by having it for me the very next day. He is definitely good for his word and I'm forever grateful for their helping me out in a very stressful situation.

We spend entirely too much time with these guys but then when there is a need they are there for you. I can’t say enough good things about them. I know that when the “condenser pump” dies and turns off the furnace, they are there. When the
Thermostat decides it has had enough, they are there. What I appreciate is their willingness to discuss options for repairs. They think outside the box.

I needed some custom sheet metal pieces to wrap a door frame, and sent a drawing to Michael for them. Within an hour I had a quote that was quite reasonable, and the parts in hand the next day. The pieces were perfect, and after painting and installing them, my door looks great. Professional, friendly, and responsive company.

For me, when making a big purchase, especially one to be installed in my home I do not think of what I spend as buying the equipment. Yes, there is equipment involved but just about any national brand would probably be fine.

What I am really purchasing is the work of the people who help me understand what I need, provide that equipment, install it, check to see that it works properly and most of all do this in a good mood with a view to going beyond just doing what they promised.

We just had our heating and air-conditioning system installed by CDCSpokane . . . and we are so far beyond just satisfied that I had to write this review.

My furnace quit in the middle of the night. By the time I realized it, it was Friday morning. I called my usual provider only to find out that they couldn't come out until the following week. A friend recommended Coeur d'Alene Sheet Metal and Heating. They were VERY RESPONSIVE and worked within my hectic schedule. The technician arrived promptly the same afternoon, was polite and helpful and found the reason for the problem. A bird had flown into my furnace vent! He removed the bird and cleaned and serviced my furnace, making me very happy. Thank you Coeur d'Alene Sheet Metal and Heating, for your QUALITY and RESPONSIVE SERVICE!! You definitely have my business!!!

Amazing service! Very professional and incredibly quick from the initial contact to the completion of the project. AC went out at the worst time of year (of course!) and was up and running again within a few days -- would have been faster if not for a scheduling conflict for me, which they were happy to work around. I was very impressed and pleased with how fast and easy the whole process was. CDA Spokane HVAC has earned my business for life!

My furnace was on the fritz and I called another local company that came out, spent 5 minutes “cleaning” a sensor and billed me $100. Within few hours it was happening again and when I called them back they said they weren’t sure what else they could do...great no heat. After messing with it myself for an hour was able to get it working again but of course few days later it was dead again.
I contacted Cd’A sheet metal and heating and they were here quickly and were able to diagnose it was major issue. Nick walked through my options and made me feel like I was making the best decision. They went above and beyond making sure we had heat for next few days until Monday when they could install new furnace.
I will definitely give these guys a call first next time I’m in need of help with heating/cooling.

We bought a new home and discovered that our AC wasn’t working. We had some local friends who went through Costco and we decided to do some research. I knew that Costco would live up to their standards and use a reputable company and we couldn’t have been more pleased with Cda Spokane Heating and Cooling. Heidi called us not even 30 minutes after making the request with Costco to introduced herself, gave us quotes and shared her extensive knowledge of the equipment. We had an appointment in less than 1 week and Donnie showed up on time and did an excellent job. Mike, the owner answered all of our calls/texts immediately and encouraged us to ask any and all questions or concerns that we had so that we felt confident in our decision to chose CDA Spokane Heating and Cooling. This was a job very well done.

Been using this company since I owned a home in 2012! Everything from the roof down they do! Highly highly recommended. You absolutely get what you pay for!! I don’t mind spending more to have beyond quality work!! Integrity is number one and they have it!

From the very beginning, from office staff, estimator to finished installation they have been awesome. They leave a very positive impression. The work was the best. Many companies leave a mess to clean up. . . you would not even know they had been here. Other companies never gave us options, they did. We are VERY HAPPY and VERY COOL. I have had service contracts for many years with this company - through two furnace/AC systems. Yesterday when this repair work started I became very concerned because it was taking hours to determine the problem and the technician seemed to be on the phone a lot getting instruction from his boss. This expensive furnace/AC is only two years old and had just been serviced in January. Because a replacement part had to be found, the job was not finished until today and I was worried about the charges piling up by the hour. Today the job was finished very professionally and I was not charged anything. I'd say that's deserves a big "high five" for public relations. Thank you, CDA Spokane HVAC.
