Heritage is a great and professional company! The guys were very personable and friendly. They got right in and got the job done in a timely manner. We’ve used them on more than a few occasions and will continue to do so.

I started having issues with my water heater going into the 4th of July weekend. I called Heritage Plumbing and they were prompt to answer the phone. Aarin and his team arrived to take a look at the issue and, again, on a holiday weekend at that! Aarin went the distance to diagnose the problem and work to find the necessary parts which wasn't easy. Water heater was up and going in no time! If you're looking for a responsive plumber that's reasonable and one you can count on definitely call Heritage Plumbing.

Aarin and his team just left my house and all I can say is wow! What an amazing experience. I had called at least 7 other company’s and not one could come with any sort of urgency most were the next if not the following day.
all the while my laundry room is taking on water from the leaking tank.
My girlfriend referred Heritage Plumbing she had her bathroom remodeled by them this winter.
without hesitation Aarin said he would be over in 30 minutes. He was here in 20 already with a new electric water heater in his van.
He assessed the situation gave me an upfront price which was more the reasonable and a fraction of what i was told from other companies over the phone.
it being a holiday weekend we were impressed! He completed the install loaded up the old unit and we sent him on his way with a plate of BBQ.
I’m so grateful there are still companies out there that care for their customers, a plate of food was the least i could do to show our gratitude!

I’ve known these guys for a long time and have worked with them on countless occasions. I do small drywall repair jobs aside from my normal full time job, and they’ve floated me some work here and there. Super easy to work with. Very efficient, clean and friendly. Nothing but quality work from these guys! I’ve used them many times for plumbing repairs at my home and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the same services. They really can do it all! Aarin and his guys are awesome!

Don’t mind paying but would like up front information and full disclosure. Company didn’t disclose fees on an emergency I had. Charges of fees need to be disclosed before any service call is made. Would not advise.

I was over charged $750 for a 30 minute repair. Was then promised he would make it right, only to go back on his work. Integrity is definitely missing From this company.
