IdaPros did a fabulous job in my bathroom in my new home. I needed them to turn my single sink into a double in my master bath. I had another plumber come out previously and IdaPros came out to do a second opinion at no charge. I’m really glad they did! Because the first option would not have been done properly with what they were quoting. Kerry and his guys saved me a huge headache in the future thank goodness! Can’t recommend them enough.

We had a blockage in our main line and IdaPros was able to come out and take care of it the same day! They were very responsive, professional and reasonably priced! I highly recommend using Kerry Frederickson and his crew with IdaPros!!!!!

IdaPros Plumbing provided me with the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company in the Treasure Valley. At some point last night, our water heater decided to finally give out. I texted IdaPros this morning and got a response within 5 minutes from the owner, Kerry. They were able to get to my house within a couple hours. Kerry and his Technician, Tyler, were incredible - engaging, informative, and provided the highest quality workmanship. They walked through everything they planned to do with the new water heater install, gave me a breakdown of the cost and went above and beyond to get the work completed before the end of the day. I would recommend Kerry, Tyler and IdaPros Plumbing to anyone and everyone!

I can't say enough great things! My hot water heater valve had catastrophic failure and had a leak I wasnt aware of. Came out same, gave me a bid, and did a fantastic job on fixing the pipes, fittings, and installing new water softener. Very professional and both Kerry and Tyler were very nice and efficient. All my dogs loved them too! I would recommend Idapros hands down.

It is a joy to work with a company that listens to and responds to my problems and concerns! I had a major issue with my main water line. Kerry and his crew worked hours overtime to get the line replaced. They handled major issues with an old system, put in a totally new system and did it in a manor that we were never without house water! I highly recommend this company without any reservation.

We had a recent issue with the system. We called them and within two hours they had technicians at the house. Thanks to Tyler and Chad all was taken care of. Much appreciated!

Excellent service. The only company that was able to diagnose my problem and was very affordable compared to other companies. Very clean during service where some companies leave a big mess to clean up after. Highly recommended!

IdaPros was out within 90 minutes. Tyler got right to it and took care of the leak in no time.

My gas water stopped working over the weekend and Kerry from IDAPROS was here bright and early Monday morning to install a new unit. He was very knowledgable and friendly and had the new heater installed in about 2 hours. He cleaned up everything when he was done and I feel like the price was very fair. I will be using IDAPROS in the future and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

A bit of a desperate call to IdaPros, water heater was leaking substantially. IdaPro was willing to help on a moments notice, they were out within an hour. Kerry Frederickson assessed the situation and age of the water heater, he was very straight forward and explained the choices we might consider for the problem. He was clear in going over options and there was no pressure and he was able to give us an estimate of any of the options to handle the fix. We opted for a replacement water heater and Kerry came out later that day ready to install the new unit and supply us with hot water again! IdaPros is a local Middleton business, Kerry is very personable and clear in what the job requires. We would recommend IdaPros for any plumbing needs and will be our first contact if another issue arises. Thank you IdaPros for a great job.

Showed up exactly when they said they would. Did the job fast and accurately and were responsive to any questions or issues I had. Also both gentlemen were very friendly and easy to work with. Very good service.

We were very pleased with Chad! He went under our house and checked our pipes that needed to be looked at. He gave us a bid on a water softner. We will call him back when we are ready.
