GREAT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND I RECOMMEND THEM.

Goff's plumbing has been our goto since we bought our neglected house in Garden Valley in 2020. From new lift pumps to a failing french drain, clogged tiolets,and septic maintenance they have been there for us each time we call.

Had a very tough clog in the main line to the street, another plumber spent 4 hours working on it with no luck, Goff's came out and got it busted through in no time.

As an event planner in the Treasure Valley, Goff’s plumbing is ALWAYS my go-to for off-grid event needs. They are easy to communicate with and seamless to work with. Their units are top notch and their service always dependable.

Love this company! They accommodated my last minute, emergency need for a porta potty delivery with kindness and professionalism. Goff's Plumbing saved the day when the bigger - unreliable - companies couldn't come through. I will definitely call this company with any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone!

Really rude and terrible driver

Poor communication. Lack of desire to serve. Was told to look elsewhere by employees.

Very rude! I rented a porta potty from them and had to move a trailer on my property near it. I received a call letting me know that there had been no service performed for over 2 months despite continuing to receive a bill for the service.

When I informed Mrs. Goff that it would have been good, ethical business practice to inform customers in some fashion that there was an issue rather than continuing to bill for work not being completed, she became very indignant and told me how many customers she had and that it was not her, or her driver's job to report any issues.

I let her know that I understood how busy a company can be, but that again, ethics are important and the least her driver could have done while already on-site, was advise someone of the problem that would have been remedied quickly to avoid wasting anyone's time. Mrs. Goff told me she was sure he honked his horn once during a visit and became angry asking me when I would like the porta potty picked up.
