I was sitting at a stoplight yesterday and an older lady was stalled-out in the intersection. One of your guys was stopped behind her and must've realized she was having a battery issue. I saw him bringing a small piece of cable back to help her on her way. I am very impressed to see such a kind gesture. What incredible people your company has! He deserves a raise! GODBLESS!!

When youu're looking for lamps, lighting fixtures, and bulbs, there are millions of possibilities to choose from. So it all comes down to the advice you get from the store's staff. The people who work here actually know what they're talking about and are actually happy to take the time to help you get what you need. They're friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. And let's not forget the value of shopping locally at locally owned stores. These people are our neighbors. Let's show them the same respect and consideration we'd hope to get when someone local needs what we have to offer.

Cold-called them from a Google search. They scheduled an appointment within 48 hrs. of my (non-emergency) call. Their tech, Asher, came over at the time agreed and started troubleshooting a difficult problem (I'd waited a year and a half to call someone about -after an initial rough round of Angie's list electricians- and I knew the problem wasn't easy.) Bottom line is he was knowledgeable, friendly and went WAY above my expectations for a single call, non-emergency, troubleshooting visit. They'll now always be my first call...well done, Asher and Alloway Electric.

Power went out at 7am for my neighborhood on a Sunday, Idaho Power took forever to get it back up (4pm) but at 3pm apparently a branch from my neighbor took out my masthead and power-line to the grid. Idaho Power disconnected me and left me a door hanger.
I called Alloway at 7pm when I found out, and it was too late to get anyone there but they'd call me the next day to schedule. I should mention this was in December and it was about 22 degrees outside. The next morning without a call Alloway Electricians were on site getting everything back up and running at 8am sharp. The bill was perfectly reasonable as well.
Good service, fast, and appropriate escalations for emergency work. $80/hr for emergency work not $100+ like another guy states.

I worked with the owner Miles and with Steve and Jerry on a residential project and they are all top-notch professionals. They gave great advice and performed all their work quickly with a high level of quality. I am very much enjoying the final product and I would recommend Alloway for any residential electrical projects.

We've used Alloway on two separate jobs in the last week. Two separate venues, two different customers, two different scopes - all amazing service! Their technicians are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their office staff is supportive and responsive. Alloway will be our go-to company for all future electrical work, they are fantastic!

These folks are my new electricians. Called this AM for removing and replacing 2 light fixtures. One was a bit more work, so needed a professional. 2 gentlemen showed up about 5 hours after calling. Very professional and diligent. Highly recommended. I have used these folks for years at my business office, so knew their reputation.

I have used Alloway Electric for years. They are the best at what they do. We just had some work done at our home and are having more work done next week. When I called to schedule the second visit, I was told that I was accidentally overcharged for labor and to make things right, the follow up work will be free of charge. WOW! I had no idea I was overcharged, so they are very honest and are going above and beyond to make things right. I am so completely impressed by this company!
