Intelligent Design Mechanical Solutions did a great job with installing 4 mini splits in a small commercial space for us. They were friendly, professional and timely getting the job done. Communication was great. Highly recommend for HVAC needs.

My husband and I are going through a difficult time. A hot water leak under our house has wreaked havoc. We have people coming in and out to clean up the mess. It's difficult. Today Mike with Intelligent Design came to take out all the heating ducts since they were full of water. He came right when we needed him. He worked by himself. He was so nice and friendly. People like Mike make this difficult time much easier. Thanks, Mike.

We love our whole home fan. We use it daily in the summer months. It’s wonderful to sleep with a cool breeze in your home. It gives our air conditioner a break and cuts down our power bill too! We would highly recommend Intelligent Design! Easy to work with and affordable!

Clay came out tonight to help get our heat back up and running after it went out yesterday. We were really impressed with his workmanship and being able to explain in detail what was going on. Very professional and very very nice! Definitely will be using him again. :)

I’ve had ID work on my furnace (they were there the next day) and install a water softener at my house. With both jobs they were very thorough, made sure the job was done right and done well. They’re pricing I found to be very fair as well. Highly recommend Intelligent Design

We returned from vacation and one of our hot water heaters was not working. Tucker came the same day I called and diagnosed the issue. He was very helpful explaining the problem and informing me of the next steps. I would highly recommend this company!

Intelligent Design solutions are experts in their field. Eric and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and always respond in a timely manner. We have had HVAC, tankless water heater, water filtration, and quiet cool installed in our home all by Intelligent designs. I highly recommend Intelligent Design Mechanical because of their expertly in all facets of the heating and cooling trade. I sold a Space Pak dual circuit Domestic water/ Space heating tankless water heater to a customer that need help at set-up performing a CO2 (or O2) and CO at both high and low fire. Eric and Chase worked directly with that installation contractor and showed up in a very professional manner to help adjust the machine to it highest efficiency for the end user. My customer was so happy with there work he has asked them to help him in upcoming projects

I called to get my AC repaired and Clayton showed up within 20 minutes and had everything fixed up pretty quickly! 80+ degree house is back down in the 60s within an hour! Hell yeah thank you!

Tucker and Clay were extremely professional while replacing both our furnace and AC unit. They were knowledgeable as well with their information and took the time to make sure everything was in working order!

We used this company to install a quiet cool whole house fan. I spoke to Amanda on the phone and she answered all my questions and I booked instantly on the phone. A few days later Clay showed up. Clay was professional, knowledgeable, and installed the system as promised. The fan works great and I couldn't be more impressed with this company. I have a guy I usually use for HVAC, but will consider using them for other services as well based on this experience. Now I just need it to warm up to truly get all the benefits of the new fan.

Our furnace died on us over the weekend. Our rental company sent out Tucker from intelligent design to replace our unit. He was very professional, and went above and beyond what he was called to do even with the extra work that was needed ( unseen upon the initial inspection.) thanks again Tucker!

Tom was fantastic. He spent his Friday getting our a/c to work! He was here late into the evening and managed to get our system back up and running. Tom was exceptionally empathetic to the situation and very clean when he entered our home! When you call in for help, make sure to ask for Tom!

Our furnace wasn’t working and after calling, Tom was at my house in less than an hour. Tom was thorough and found the faulty switch quickly. I highly recommend Intelligent Design Heating and Cooling.

we have had numerous experiences with Intelligent Design and all have been handled promptly, professionally and expertly. They replaced our air condiioning system, installed a whole house fan, and repaired our gas fireplace. They also 'refreshed our memory' on how to operate our fancy thermostat. We had Clay come out due to a burning smell. He worked incredibly hard to figure out what was going on. He was very professional the whole time. Intelligent Design did our yearly maintenance on our HVAC systems, water heater and water softeners at our home in Dry Creek Ranch and helped get some work done as requested by our buyers when we sold our home.
