Scott was very helpful. He took the time to research my type of water heater and he took the time to explain how the hybrid water heater works, and he solved the problem - that two other plumbing companies could not figure out. And it was a simple fix and not costly. Thank you Scott!

Service Manager Jacob Hovland came out on super short notice and installed a new sump pump for us. The situation was dire and it felt like he was doing everything he could to help and get the job done as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Used Thomas brothers today for a big clog we had in our kitchen sink. It was a tough clog but our plumber did a great job. He even answered all of my 4 and 2 year olds questions and treated us all like family. It was a wonderful experience and he fixed everything in a timely manner!

These guys were awesome. I work from home so there's an extra level whenever I get work done on the house, and the work today was in my actual office. They showed up exactly when they said they would, let me know when they'd need to make a bunch of noise (I didn't even have to ask them to), and used quality parts for the replacements.

I was most impressed by how clean the work area was. When they were wrapping up I saw one using wet wipes to clean up dust from the sheet rock they cut, and of course they used a big tub and tarp while working over the carpet. You can't even tell someone was there working today.

And of course they fixed the leaks and replaced the parts :) Great service, impeccable quality.

This is my first time using Thomas Bros Plumbing and I would highly recommend them. Justin did a fabulous job on installing my water heater. I have a home warranty through American Home Shield and this was my first time I had to use it and I couldn’t be happier. A brand new water heater installed professionally with little out of pocket expense. Great company!!

Had a leak in a hot water line. They came out made suggestions on the work to be done. Quoted price was reasonable. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner. 5 star service.

Ryan did a great job working very efficiently and even addressed a problem near my complaint that I didn’t bring up. He also explained things in a clear, down to earth manner. His service and kindness exceeded my expectations.
On another note, after reading some reviews about Justin, the manager, I was a little concerned about the company’s customer service. However, I’m happy to say he was professional and helped me schedule an appointment within 48 hours.

My review is just the opposite regarding the $98 service call written awhile ago. First of all everyone knows to expect a service call charge. Period. Typically in this area expect approximately $90 to $100. Our experience with Jacob was absolutely perfect. Very honest and straight forward. He explained a lot to us. We were basically interviewing him and the company for future use. Thank you Jacob!!!

Thomas Brothers Plumbing sent Christopher to my home to make a repair in the attic. Christopher was very professional, polite, efficient, and clean. Will definitely recommend them.

Thomas Bros came through for us in a big way when the cartridge in our shower faucet went out and we were stuck with the house-water shut off. They had the part in-stock, the plumber was to our house in about an hour, and problem resolved on the spot. And on a Saturday afternoon... Bravo!

Jake is without a doubt the most hard-working, polite, clean plumber you could ever ask to work with ! And Trent came out and cleaned my drains. Didn't leave a drop of dirt or water anywhere. Highly recommend every time!

My wife and I have used Thomas Brothers 4x for a water heater installation, a leak in our sink, drain cleaning, and an inspection prior to selling our home. Justin and his team are awesome. They're incredibly helpful each time they show up, they do great work at a fair price, and they're even friendly with our dogs. Thomas Brothers will always be my first call if I need help with plumbing.
