Reliable told me it would be a month before they could "work me in", which I was fine with. Wade called two weeks early and said they had an opening which actually worked out great. The electrician showed up on time and he worked continuously. He spread floor covering and worked in both the attic and crawl space. On time, clean, and did great work. My go to electrician from now on and would highly recommend!

Reliable Electric had a team of three electricians to install fixtures and light switches. They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and neat. They covered sections of carpets and floors to protect them and also took their shoes off since it was raining outside. They were also careful with the fixtures, ensuring they did not get damaged in the process. The pendants they hung were all even and looked beautiful upon completion. Everything works perfectly. I highly recommend them and would call them again as needed.

We worked with Wayne and Casey for majority of our house construction. They were great! They explained everything in detail, answered all of our ridiculous questions, and provided insight and support to ensure we made the right decisions for lighting and outlets. I understand they are busy and sometimes getting a response took longer than expected, but they always kept to their word and finished the project to meet our expectations. The construction portion went so well that we used their recommendation on purchasing a generator and scheduled them to complete the electrical installation. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of electrical work and we will definitely use them for any future electrical work!

Not so reliable. The guy seemed nice but was busy . Said from what I described the home I was living in was not safe but he wouldn't be back in the office until Monday and he would look at the pictures I sent him then and get back to me about the situation. I never heard anything else from him. Good thing I wasn't relying solely on him.

A year or so ago we needed to replace a circuit breaker and I called Reliable Electric not knowing anything about the company other than it was local. A guy named Shawn came out, fairly quickly as I recall, and replaced the breaker. Did a decent job for a reasonable sum. Don't recall the specifics but the service was good enough for me to add Reliable to my contacts.
Called them yesterday at 9 a.m. and left a message requesting an appointment to come out and fix a fluorescent light fixture.
Never got a call back. It's the next day and nothing, no call.
By afternoon yesterday, I decided to try another company which answered their phone right away and are coming out this morning.
Reliable ain't so reliable. The company gets one extra star for their previous work. But it's deleted from my contacts now and I'll never waste my time calling them again. -
He showed up for a quote then told me he would email me a price to hook up my generator. he never got back to me

Unreliable! Called about fixing a couple three way switches. Was told they'd get back to me in one to two days once schedule was set. Never heard back.

How did they come up with the name "Reliable Electric,"? Did not show-up for appointment for residential work; did not call me to inform-no show; do not answer the phone after leaving messages. Good for this company that the CDA area is growing with lots of electric work or they would be out of business. Need I post more reasons to not deal with "Reliable Electric."
