I asked Jake to help fix a 100-year-old cistern that had lost its way. He cleaned out the cistern (3 feet of mud and broken wood) and then searched for the source of the water leaking into it. He found 5 spring boxes probably also 100 years old and recommended building a French drain out of large concrete blocks to collect the water and turn it in to the now clean cistern. The project ended up bigger than I thought, but the end was a dry back yard (no bugs!) and en endless supply of clean, fresh spring water that makes the best coffee. Jake knows what he's doing.

Jake & Brandi Miss are an incredibly talented duo. The really pour their heart into everything they do. They are amazing to work with, and their design style is amazing. I can’t recommend them enough!

Jake Moss did a life changing re-design to our backyard! Before there was steep hillside, weeds, scrub brush and no way to use most of the space. With the re-do, we have a big patio, pathways and stairs around the garden and down to the vineyard, irrigation, outdoor lighting, raised vegetable beds, flower beds, flowering trees. It is hard to capture in words, but it changed our entire usage of our outdoor space. He even put in a shady resting area, that always gets a breeze and shade no matter how hot it gets, a greenhouse and a fern grove at the bottom of the driveway. Jake spent a lot of time with us incorporating our ideas and comments; he didn't mind changes to the initial plan. he kept us updated on the progress, including videos we could watch when we were out of town.

Wow! Our experience with Jake & Brandi has been wonderful. We would give them 10 stars if we could. Besides being lovely human beings, they were responsive, creative, hard working, and our outdoor living area turned out sensational!!

Our yard is simply amazing, it is like a community park thanks to Jake and his team. Jake is incredibly talented with design and implementation of your vision. We had a flat weed patch and now we have the greatest yard ever. All of our neighbors and friends are in awe of how this project turned out, way better than any of us imagined.
If you are considering doing a yard project I would hire Jake to make your dreams come true. He is just so professional and listens to your wishes and then makes the dreams come true. You will never be sorry that you made this decision.
