We called and got an appointment the next week. When I called to change to outside only, they were very understanding that we didn't want inside service at this time because of Covide19. They even offered cancellation no problem. We went ahead with outside only. They were on time. Did a wonderful job cleaning the windows. Cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. Elliot Window Cleaning did a great job. They came in like a SWAT team, washed the windows inside and out, cleaned out all the window casings, and washed and dried and installed the screens. The results are spectacular. I highly recommend Monty and his team!
