Skyler, the technician that helped us this morning, was excellent! Arrived on time, was kind and polite, quickly diagnosed our heating issue, and fixed it. Great service. Affordable. Highly recommend!!!

My furnace quit working. I called Elite to come take a look. What he found was condensation line freezing up and stopping the furnace. He rerouted the line and furnace is running great. Everyone I associated with was friendly, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Called them on Saturday and got on their schedule Monday morning. Stephen came out on time and got our heater fixed on the spot. So much better than another contractor we hired prior to them! Can't recommend Elite more!

For over10 years I’ve trusted Elite Systems to service the HVAC and have I’ve never been disappointed by any element of their business. Their office staff are always pleasant and savvy whenever I call, the service technicians are always punctual, competent, and complete on every service call whether scheduled, an emergency call I made on a late night one Christmas weekend. The owners, Loren and Robin, fantastic individuals. Highly recommended company and equipment.

Elite Systems are awesome to work with. They do our HVAC/furnace tune ups twice a year and leave things in great condition following appointments. They even provide maintenance for our gas fireplace and keep it looking beautiful for us! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Found this company last summer when my AC went out. Called them on a weekend and they immediately answered and dispatched a tech to fix the AC. No BS, no excuses they simply came out and fixed my AC and provided great customer service. I have found my go to vendor for furnace/AC and water heater needs. They are an amazing company. I highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Elite Systems! They’ve been absolutely phenomenal for us over the past nine months. After a previous installer left us with an incorrect and expensive system, Elite Systems came to the rescue. They sent Skyler out quickly, who diagnosed the issue right away—even in the middle of winter when our new system wasn’t working. Since then, everything has been running perfectly! Skyler has come out several times to make sure all systems are go, and each visit, he goes above and beyond. His attention to detail and dedication to exceptional service truly set him apart. We’re customers for life!

I like that we are notified when the tech is on their way. He was on time and very good at getting or completed. Awesome customer service. I especially appreciated that he knew when our service contract was due for renewal and we could give him our check saving us time trying to remember when it was due. Elite Systems is awesome!

Elite Systems saved the day! I needed last minute assistance and Hannah was able to take my call at the end of the work day and help resolve my issue. She was friendly, professional, and was very quick with getting the appropriate information for me. There are many HVAC companies out there but I am an Elite Systems lifer now thanks to Hannah!

Update: Skyler came by today and was exceptional. He was able to complete the job quickly, gave me advice on next steps, and even advised on yearly maintenance which I purchased thanks to Skyler!

Excellent service from elite today. They came out, figured out what was wrong with it, contacted our Warrenty company and BANG got it fixed it and out on less then a hour.

Steve arrived on time for furnace service, also cleaned my vent and “located “ my dryer vent. Checked to add to his time, unable, I requested to schedule another time, asked for a discount which was given and greatly appreciated. When he returned to service the dryer vent, I was mixed up on the time, he was on time, I was not, but my dad came over and everything was taken care of. We have done business with this company since at least 2018 and they have always been great! I definitely would recommend them! Especially Steve!

Sky, the service person was very professional and through in checking my furnace and AC system. He confirmed what was wrong and I had him order a new Heat Exchanger for my furnace. He is a Great people and product person.
Also, I don’t know the person in the office that assisted me on text, but they were very helpful and easy to work with.

Got a brand new Furnace and AC unit and they did amazing couldn’t have asked for anything better thank you for coming out and helping means a lot
