Had Canyon wire us up for our new sauna recently and Canyon Electric did a fantastic job! I would recommend them and use them again.
The place we got the sauna from dropped the ball repeatedly and had a staggering level of incompetence so it was refreshing to work with Canyon through it all. Very professional, communication was great and we have no complaints with Canyon Electric!

We had an excellent experience with Canyon Electric from start to finish. They came out promptly to provide an estimate for updating our new hot tub setup, replacing a17-year-old hot tub that operates with slightly different electoral needs. Because they came so highly recommended by the Snake River Hot Tub dealership, and the cost was at our own research had estimated we felt confident moving forward without getting a second quote.

On the day of the installation, an unexpected issue came up that hadn’t been identified during the estimate. It required additional parts, rewiring, about a half day of extra labor, and even digging up existing hot tub wiring. Despite all of that, we were incredibly impressed that they honored the original estimate without hesitation. That level of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about their business.

Throughout the entire process, their communication was clear and consistent. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful of our space. They took the time to replace all the dirt they had to dig up and left everything clean and tidy when the job was done.

We highly, highly recommend Canyon Electric for their integrity, excellent communication, professionalism, and quality work. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Canyon came out and checked things electrically only to find it was a wire on the tranformer. Idaho Power fixed the problem. I would recommend Canyon to my friends.

The technician, Allen Danna, was very efficient and knowledgeable in disconnecting the breaker box of the hot tub. He was also friendly and polite and explained the process so I could easily understand what was involved. Allen braved really hot weather and a few hornets during the service but remained focused on getting the job done. He did a great job inspite of those challenges. Thank you Allen! We had a simple wiring project for a hot tub – in a complicated yard. Lewis pointed out the difficulties and had answers for them. His crew showed up almost exactly on time (well, actually they arrived three or four minutes early) and did the work quickly and professionally.

Though I don't expect any issues, his crew took care to point out their warranty.

It was a pleasure doing business with them.

This is an honest and helpful company. We had a bit of an issue pertaining to installing a new hot tub, called and talked to Canyon ELectric. Told them the situation and they immediately had their guys over to our house to fix the problem!
