Promptly on time and friendly and did a great job. They finished early and I was contacted that I had been initially quoted for longer so the bill would be reduced. Work was very good and efficient. Would recommend.

Update: I ended up having to call Syrona back after the Airbnb host insisted I let their “head cleaner” come in and rectify the filthy debacle we had to endure. Said “head cleaner” came in for less than 20 mins to clean three full bathrooms with only one container of Clorox wipes in hand (if your imagination is up to par then you’ll know there was zero improvement:/). If I posted pics of the grossness it may give you nightmares so I’ll spare everyone of the nasty visuals. Colleen arrived with full cleaning supplies and tools necessary to tackle our issues. She immediately got to work and boy did she work hard! It felt so satisfying to have two sets of professional eyeballs SEE what our family walked into. It was a relief to know that the Two Maids team has high standards and it shows in their work ethic! More importantly Syrona arrived for an inspection too. I thoroughly appreciate the care and understanding given to our family today on short notice and I cannot express how grateful I am to have spoken to Syrona and how she worked with us to ensure our Thanksgiving vacation was not ruined:) Thank you Syrona/Colleen & Two Maids for keeping your cleaning standards high and backing it up! ~Kathy

Original Review: My review based on the customer service and quality of communication I had with Sirana this morning. We are in town for the holidays and staying at an Airbnb that was supposed to be professionally cleaned as part of the reservation, unfortunately we arrived to some very disgusting circumstances in all the bathrooms and the home clearly wasn’t cleaned by any means. I couldn’t get a response from the Airbnb hosts so I frantically called Two Maids and spoke to Sirana who was very understanding and agreed to squeeze us in although their schedule is completely booked for the week. While we didn’t end up using their cleaning services the professionalism just based on phone call alone and the willingness to get us on their schedule last minute is commendable and says a lot about the business! Sirana even said she would do her best to make it out to inspect if we ended up hiring them. I would 1000% recommend their services based on initial point of contact alone, because if they care about their potential clients this much there’s no way they wouldn’t clean to the highest standards. Also two cleaners for a 2hr project is also very impressive. I plan on referring Two Maids to the Airbnb host because clearly they need to hire new cleaners and I believe making the switch to Two Maids is a recommendation they desperately need:).

I couldn’t be happier with the job this team did. They arrived on time, came fully prepared, and worked efficiently from start to finish. Every room sparkled — floors, baseboards, even hard-to-reach spots I’d stopped noticing.

The crew was friendly, respectful of my home, and took extra care with delicate items. I appreciated how they confirmed my priorities before starting and did a final walkthrough to make sure everything was perfect.

It’s rare to find a company that combines thorough attention to detail with great customer service. I have now scheduled regular cleanings — highly recommend to anyone who wants their home looking and feeling fresh!

I am in Meridian, Idaho. I have had several cleaners over the years, from private to corporations. I have, mostly, been just ok or disappointed in the services, especially the corporations. Two Maids has impressed me beyond belief.

I am a detailed cleaner and never thought anyone could live up to my standards. I am unable to clean anymore due to a disability. Not only have the met my standards, but to have my husband, who never pays attention to cleaning make several positive comments, actually means they are doing an outstanding job.

And the pricing is so reasonable. Yes, costs, across the board have gone up, but to pay less than others and have the job done right that one hires them for is amazing.

Two Maids was fantastic. They asked a lot of polite questions about problem areas, individualized their deep clean to our needs, and got some stains out of one of our upstairs rooms that we hadn't been able to remove for over a year. The house was so clean afterwards and they included all the cool little personal touches, like stickers on the toilet paper rolls. They were so personable and polite too. Highly recommended!

The ladies that cleaned my house did an excellent job. They were kind, thoughtful, and very professional. My home looked amazing after they were done. They were even able to do more than I expected them to be able to do in the timeframe they had. I will absolutely hire them again.

They did such great job. They listened very well to what I wanted them to focus on. Everyone was so friendly. I felt very confident to leave my home in their hands. The best part of cleaning day is coming home after a long day at work and Two Maids has cleaned my home and made it beautiful. It’s the best feeling.
