They worked me into the schedule the same day and Andrea notified me when Kelly would be arriving. I am so impressed by their efficiency and the high quality service they provide. We called them first thing in the morning and Kelly came same day to give me a quote and had a loaner AC unit within hours. My furnace was replaced the next day and Chris an Max were so helpful, accommodating and kind. They also offer interest free financing. I can not say enough great things about about this company. I highly recommend them!

I’ve used Top Shelf on multiple occasions over the years. Two years ago I purchased a new water heater through them and this year was a new furnace and a/c unit outside. On both of those visits they were able to take care of me same day replacing my failed systems!

Chris and Steven also were able to come by and remove a ball from one of my ducts that my puppy managed to lose down it and they were very prompt and efficient.

All of my interactions with Top Shelf have been fantastic and I will continue to use them going forward.

I had gone to a different HVAC company 7 years ago. 3 days ago a mouse got caught in the blower wheel and it completely stopped working. I called the old HVAC company and found out my furnace was not under warranty-- in fact it wasn't even registered. I did research and found "Top Shelf Heating and Cooling", which had excellent reviews.
Paul Roll, HVAC journeyman, and Austin Halverson from Top Shelf found a lot of different problems with the HVAC I had. We discussed the options and we made the decision to go with train heat pump with a new back-up furnace. They gutted all the old furnace equipment out, cleaned all the vents, removed a blockage limiting 80% of air flow to half of the house, brought in three air conditioners for us to use in the meantime and returned the next day to install the new heat pump and back-up furnace.
We have a 10-year warranty now. They were very informative and answered all my questions. From the moment the old furnace broke, they made sure our house was cool throughout the process. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, so I can't rate them highly enough!
Don't run into the problem I had; call Top Shelf and get it done right the first time.

Had my heater worked on by one of their techs. I believe his name was Steven. Super fast service and haven’t had a problem since. He was very kind and knowledgeable as well.

Chris at Top Shelf Heating did a great job troubleshooting my custom mini split install into our 35 foot RV. Top Shelf Heating was the only company out of the 7 companies I called that would even look at a mobile installation of a mini split system. The inside air handler was in a fairly cramped location and he was able to use his cell phone camera to look at the wiring going to the air handler and found 2 switched wires. Once that was corrected, the unit fired up normally. I am extremely happy with the results!

Matt did a phenomenal job doing a diagnostic test on my furnace and discovered that the gas pressure dial simply needed to be adjusted to ignite properly. He was very kind, courteous and professional!

Highly recommend. Very honest and trustworthy will use them for all of my ac and hating needs. I had a minor issue and it's intermittent so instead of just replacing unnecessary things they tested and tested to make sure things were working correctly and I may have just had a minor hiccup in the system. Didn't charge me and pretty much said think of us for next time.

Immediate response and scheduling of a technician when I initially reached out to Top Shelf. Steven came the next day and did an excellent job diagnosing my problem. Chris and Willy followed up with a quick and professional install job of my new AC unit. All of them were outstanding in their communication and professionalism. We wanted to shop for a new heat pump and air handler before our 20 year equipment went out. We called several companies and went with Top Self. Andrea was friendly and helpful when scheduling our appointment. Kelly came out and explained the products and gave us a few choices. He was very informative and friendly. They installed our new unit a few days ago and it's working great! Super friendly group of guys (Chris, Max and Chris). We would highly recommend Top Shelf. They were very fair in price and the service was top notch.

Kelly fixed our gas fireplace and answered all our questions. The only negative we can muster up is that we wish we had called him sooner. He arrived exactly on time the bill was very reasonable and he was well informed and very helpful. It really is comforting to have someone to call these services.
