I called Fauth for a free estimate. Unlike large plumbing companies where you only talk with a receptionist, I was able to talk with Jake directly and discuss my plumbing issues. He took the time to listen, ask questions and offer some ideas. We quickly scheduled an appointment. When he arrived for his appointment (being on time was a big plus) I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He spent time investigated the problems and offered solutions at a reasonable price. His work was solid and no mess. I highly recommend Fauth Plumbing.

Jaob is the man!He came out to our house wene our water softner sprang a major leak.After HRs no less!He diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem!All the while explaning to me what he was doing.Great job!

Jacob was great to work with! He literally saved our kitchen remodel project. We ran into a plumbing issue during our demo and pipes had to be moved. Jacob was able to schedule us and get the job done in a timely manner. He had to remove drywall and we were so impressed with how precise he was and with zero mess. Jacob Fauth actually answered my first phone call and explained some details of the situation to me. He came out the next day as he said he said he would and when he said he would. This has not been my typical experience with service companies. He provided a great deal of information and took the time to show me the proof of what he told me.
