Our tech explained everything in detail and did a very thorough job of checking the entire system. I also had him change the thermostat to a simpler one than what the builder had installed. Great job. Troy was great

Greens Heating and Air Conditioning are great! The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and very hard working. They have always quickly fit us into their schedule and worked late hours in the day to get us back up and running. Shout out to Troy for trouble shooting our existing system and extending it's service.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this one I felt was worth posting. Skylar came over to check our air conditioner because it wasn't really staying at the temperature we wanted it to be. He looked at it and diagnosed the problem. He took the time to actually explain everything to us, he was really polite and understanding and answered every question we had. I would totally recommend Greens to my friends and family. Awesome service!

One of their technicians, Troy came to our home and did an outstanding job explaining our system and what it needs to run efficiently. He has a lot of experience and knowledge in the HVAC world. We appreciate his recommendations and are so thankful for the excellent service we received.

Technician was on time,very polite and helpful to my mother. He explained all his work in full detail so she could fully understand exactly what caused the problem and his resolution to the problem. Thank you for your courtesy and gentle help in helping my aging mother comfortable.

Great service! Carlos, the technician was professional and knowledgeable. Identified the issue with our AC quickly and wasn’t in it for money but only what we needed to get back up and running. Another company came the day prior and basically tried to sell us on all the parts he could to get commission totaling over $1k! But not these guys! Greens doesn’t take advantage of people and has earned our business for as long as we live in the Treasure Valley. Highly recommend!

AC went out yesterday next day Called them around 8:30am, today they were able to have tech here within 45 minutes.
Found out capister needed to be replaced. We now have AC working. Such good service. Service technician was able to explain everything. Troy was great to work with. Very polite and courteous. Thank you Greens Heating and AC You are Great

These guys are awesome. Our install was a few months ago, we had a minor concern and they had a guy in Emmett within the hour to take care of it. Outstanding group of people and a company that wants to take care of you.

Don from Greens Heating & Air Conditioning showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. While he was here he noticed a couple of other issues that he took care of. He was knowledgeable and had a smile on his face even though he had put in a very long day. I highly recommend Greens as they are honest and don't try to sell you something you don't need as many other businesses do.

On time very professional and explained all the work they were doing would recommend this company to anybody. Added Barrier around AC unit so there’ll be no more damage to the coil from the dog urine the system is only three years old they where telling me it would cost 2500 dollars to replace the installer, which was Green heating and air did not mention dog urine would damage the AC unit just found out today. We feel very blessed that Green's was our provider. The staff, starting with Clarissa and Blanca to the service people that came to our home, that we were treated with respect, and very professional service but with caring honesty. The service people were thorough and hardworking. We feel very fortunate to have been taken care of by Green's.

Once again, it was nice to see Troy again even though it was only about 4 or 5 days ago. But again, Greens and of course Troy were there for me solving furnace issues, especially right before it starts getting cold. Thank you both again!

Troy was great. He was able to find the gas line feed and isolated the leaking line. With the leaking line turned off we were able to restore gas to our home for heating and cooking.
