I had an hvac system installed and a hot water heater excellent service had the j and j team good job guys!

Turned out to be a challenging install. Cody and Eyan stayed at it and came back to finish. I think they learned a bit on this one but they were incredibly respectful and made sure all was good.

Everything I could ask for in a contractor. Respectful, clean and honest. Not going anywhere else

I am extremely happy with my service today! Ryne was the technician that serviced my furnace, ac unit, and hot water heater. He did an excellent job! Excellent manners, answers, recommendations, etc.. I will be using, and referring others to your business from now on. Very few businesses perform this way anymore. 5 stars from me!

The best experience I've had with a Heating and Air company. Great service, no sales push.

$29 furnace check,also offered water heater flush but i had to leave to work.

This company is absolutely amazing. Everyone that came to my house was very professional they got everything done in a timely manner. They were absolutely freaking amazing. I had several technicians in my house. I recommend this company 1000%. Every single person that I had in my house from this company took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all of my questions. All together I had six technicians in my house over the course of 4 days and they were absolutely amazing. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was polite amazing and knew what they were talking about.

UPDATE: So unfortunately the thermostat that was put in with my new furnace was really hard to figure out and I absolutely hated it. I called and literally within 24 hours they came and changed it out to one that I can actually use. Absolutely amazing company. Everyone that's been in my house is absolutely freaking amazing. This is definitely the company you need to work on your furnace and water heater and all of that because they are absolutely freaking amazing they are completely professional. Very very impressed.

So my new furnace has had a few more problems and I have had to have Kenneth come out and fix it three times. He has been absolutely amazing at keeping my furnace going. Kenneth needs a raise! He is professional and really good at what he does. I absolutely love this company.❤️

It was great to get an appointment within 2 days! The technician was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and made quick work of my minor issues. He did a thorough check of my AC system and gave a thorough cleaning to my condenser coils. He also let me know of a couple of issues to watch for. I will definitely be using Owyhee Heating and Air for all my future needs.

Robert was very thorough. He used booties to prevent bringing in dust and dirt from outside. He was very clear and concise in explaining things -- even taking pictures so I didn't have to climb the ladder into the attic. He made sure that the follow-up visit was scheduled at a convenient time for me, as well. He is a very nice, polite and knowledgeable young man.

Scott gave us exceptional service today!! He is very friendly and professional. Scott is very knowledgable of the heating and air conditioning systems. As it turned out we needed four pounds of coolant added to our AC system. All the work was accomplished extremely well. Thank you Scott for doing a great job for us. I highly recommend Owyhee Heating and Air!

Jarrett was extremely friendly, professional, and completed annual AC/water heater checkups efficiently. Very, very well mannered and knowledgeable! Great job in hiring this young man!

Excellent company to work with! My first impression was how easy it was to book an appointment online. I was also able to get service the very next day! The service team kept in constant contact with me for upfront pricing and scheduling. Brandon the technician showed up promptly on time, used extreme care and cleanliness in my home, and completed the service in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Owhyee!

Charlie came out today to diagnose an A/C issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Charlie was fair and got our problem fixed quickly. We will only call Owyhee Hearing and Air from now on for our HVAC concerns. Highly recommended!

This is for a furnace Tuneup Service. My technician, Talen was just awesome!! He didn't "rush" through the checkup. Did several diagnostic tests, once done he explained and showed me the issues my furnace had, not critical at this moment, but will become an issue down road, best to know now BEFORE a critical breakdown. Very professional, friendly personality. If there were 10 Stars, I would have given without hesitation!

Our tech, Ryan, was super helpful, informative, and kind! Didn't leave us until we had AC again in this heat and helped get us set up for further improvements quickly. Came same day and the company was great at communicating and gave us upfront and straight forward expectations on time.

Also a few days later I had Michelle call and even double check that everything was still going good and reconfirmed our consult time for tomorrow for me!
This company really cares.

Scott was GREAT!! Owyhee heating & A/C he was very thorough told us what he was doing every step of the way. He found things in our heater that the builder left; Screws and chunks of wood. I would diffinitely use him again!

I had a problem with one of my toilets & Isaiah came out and was able to get it fixed!

Marie and I were overly pleased with Jarrett May. First he showed up as scheduled. He was extremely pleasant and very professional. He explained in great detail what he would be doing to service our HVAC equipment. When he was finished he reviewed all that he had done. We could tell that he enjoyed his work and was very efficient. We would more than welcome him to service our HVAC equipment in the future. You're fortunate to have Jarrett employed in your company.

I recently had HVAC service done at my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Jacob was the technician who came out, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish.
He arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the right parts with him, and got everything working again without any hassle.
What I appreciated most was Jacob’s honesty— It’s rare to find that level of transparency these days.
Overall, the service was fast, fair-priced, and top quality. I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend

Could not be happier with our service today. We started off shaky because my husband sent him away, thinking Scott was from a different company who had also been scheduled for a maintenance appointment today, which we had cancelled earlier. (What are the chances of this happening?) Anyway, we figured it out and asked him to come back and luckily he did. He was very thorough, explained everything very well, and was patient as we unraveled our unusual situation. We look forward to seeing him next week when he will inspect our other property.
