Today Jamie, Stetson and Morgan came to remedy the issues Jamie found during my furnace service on Monday. Wickstrom’s management stepped right up and said they would fix the issues at no cost to me. “It is the right thing to do”

They were very friendly, competent and efficient making the repairs.

Ferris assisted me with my problem today, my shower was clogged he fixed it right away and im glad it worked out, he even cleaned the mess around my shower that was built up because it was clogged and didn't drain, i didn't expect that he made my day better... I appreciate his work, time,and kindness.☺️ I will definitely have them in mind if I have any other problems and 100% recommended thanks Ferris ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing company. Austin addressed and fixed a rather serious gas leak at my house caused by a flooring staple. He was out on site in less than 3 hours. He identified the leak quickly and replaced section of damaged gas line. Totally professional and highly competent at his job.
Kayla services all of my ac/furnaces and recently installed new thermostats and sensors. She knows more than any hvac tech I’ve spoken to…ever. Your employees are top notch. I’ve never experienced this level of service from hvac/plumbing company. You can’t go wrong with Wickstrom. Just call them.

The technicians were very professional and thorough. After a full day working on my furnace without breaking for lunch they would not leave until they helped me unload 9 fifty pound bags of feed . I wish I had a photo to add.

Harley and Austin were very professional and great to have in the home.
They stayed late to make sure my new heat pump was working the right way.

Farris did an amazing job today! One of our kids dropped an item down the toilet. Farris came to the rescue. He answered questions, provided some helpful tips and he wore booties each time he entered the home. Very impressed with his service and Wickstrom plumbing!

Carter did a fantastic job! He talked over all his findings (with photos) and our options for maintenance as well as the importance of hvac maintenance! Highly recommend!

Harley came back out to replace a few parts on my furnace and he was very thorough and made sure it was done the right way. Very reasonably priced for the work that was performed.

Carter serviced iur HVAC and did a thorough inspection. We were pleased with how friendly and professional he was. We would welcome back if we need something.

I had a toilet clog backing up into the shower. I called Sunday night during the holidays, and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning to fix it. Bo Dehart came out and was able to fix it quickly and also reattached our dryer vent hose which was improperly attached.

Farris was awesome! He cleared my bathroom drain, answered questions and provided helpful DIY tips. He was also very courteous and put on booties before entering my home. I would definitely recommend Wickstrom and plan on calling them again with any additional plumbing issues.

This is the second major service I have had Wickstrom Plumbing Heating Cooling complete for me.

Rachelle from the Main office has been extremely pleasant to work with, she understood my stress level was always calm and very helpful for me and my insurance claims adjuster.
She had great internal communication with her team so that I could get help and answers if and when she was out of office.

Her team associate Kayla also extremely pleasant had a few contacts by me and knew exactly what was going on and how to help and support me.

At the onset, Beau came out to investigate my issue took his time worked tirelessly to find the Root of the problem, Pun intended.
He discovered my sewer line was completely clogged by roots.

I Reached out to Rachelle again and she as mentioned worked with myself and insurance to get my insurance claim started.

Day 1 of my entire sewer line requiring replacement I had the pleasure of Max & Trent show up 3 consecutive days to perform this enormous task replacing 90 feet of sewer line.
They waisted no time represented Wickstrom plumbing as if they were the owners.

For the next 3 days of snow falling rain mix and frigid temperatures Max and Trent pushed through to complete the service and every evening they made a temporary service connection to allow my wife and I the ability to use water for all things necessary.

It would be unethical to poach Max & Trent for hire where I am employed, but if these two men ever needed employment they would be welcomed with open arms.
Max Trent Rachelle and Kayla, Wickstrom Plumbing is extremely blessed to have you all on their team.

Last but not least Garrett Wickstrom went above to help me and came by to Thank us for the repeat business and insure all concerns were taken care of.
I will always know who to call when I need a Plumbing Heating and Cooling service.

I got on the schedule the next day. Farris did a great job explaining what he was seeing and the best way to fix the issue. I just recommended Wickstrom to a coworker. Farris was the best!

Todd McAdoo replaced faucet and drain assembly in my pedestal sink like a pro after I had been told that it could not be done by another plumber. He knew exactly what needed to be done and went right ahead like a true professional. I am so happy with my beautiful new setup and his work ethic.
