We have had several great experiences with Turner Plumbing! Back in August, Jesse came out to install a new toilet. Turns out the old toilet had been leaking and the floor needed to be replaced. Jesse was so kind and friendly, and he tried everything to get the new toilet to sit properly but the bad floor wouldn't allow it. So the new toilet went on hold while we worked on getting a new floor.

We had been needing to replace the gross, old tub surround for several years and we figured since we were doing all this other work we might as well move forward with a new surround as well. We got a "cut to fit" surround kit as our house is very old and the walls are not even. Brenten, Colton and Garrett arrived on time and worked their behinds off all day. They made sure they got the surround walls cut properly to accommodate our wonky walls, replaced some plumbing to allow for our new fixtures and valve to be installed, which they did, and even replaced some of the sheetrock behind the surround. They also replaced the toilet flange. All three guys were very friendly and very efficient!

Lucas helped us out by coordinating with Family Flooring to order the steps of this project. The new surround is gorgeous, the work they did is exceptional, and we are very pleased with how everything turned out.

We will absolutely use Turner Plumbing again!

Turner Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet! The plumber showed up right on time, was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done perfectly before leaving. The new faucet looks great and works flawlessly! No leaks, no mess, and they even cleaned up after themselves. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress free. I’ll definitely be calling Turner Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Hands down, Turner Plumbing is the best in the business. Having lived in Boundary County my entire life as a 5th generation local, I know the value of a person who is truly 'of this land.' Lucas Turner is exactly that—an honest man who genuinely looks out for his customers.
After a strange winter with significant standing water, we noticed a foul smell coming from our shower drain. Fearing a septic backup, I contacted a local pumping company and was quoted around $600 just to uncover and pump the tank. However, something didn't feel right since there was no actual back-fill—only the odor.
I called Turner Plumbing, and Lucas answered personally. In a five-minute conversation, he gave me a simple DIY fix: pour baking soda down the drain followed by boiling water. Twenty minutes and one box of baking soda later, the smell is gone and the shower is draining better than it has in years!
