Paul arrived on time and did a great job of installing the new water softener and filtration and took the time to explain everything wonderful experience.

Just installation of soft water system. Paul, the technician and plumber was excellent. Very personable knowledgeable explained as installing and answered my questions. Great to have people like him in your workforce.

Did great on the maintenance I want him back for the cooling call, very knowledgeable and kind!

My experiences with Comfort Heating and Cooling today was absolutely perfect, again. Paul, the plumber who came to fix a basement leak and install a new outside faucet, was professional, thorough, friendly, and fixed everything to perfection. I have done business with Comfort for many years. They installed my gas heater and a/c, a new water heater, and now have done a great job with a plumbing issue. I highly recommend them and Paul.

We were having our concrete patio replaced and had to have our a/c unit removed and then reinstalled. We got a couple quotes and went with Comfort Heating for a couple of reasons. They are the original installers of our unit and they have always performed our maintenance. As well as their quote was more than fair. The work performed throughout the process was a good experience overall. All that came to our home were courteous and professional. Even when some obstacles came their way, the Technician easily overcame it and kept the cost to within our quote! That was great customer service! Thank you all at Comfort Heating!

Shawn was great. Came out and inspected and found a loose wire and got our AC back on just in time for summer! Very professional and made quick work of it.

A.J. was able to find out the issue to our furnace that plagued since it was installed 7 years ago. He fixed it fast. I had 4 other HVAC techs from other places that could not figure it out, but he did.

Evan came to my condo to conduct water analysis and discuss drinking water options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I personally appreciated his honesty about what I did and did not need—a rare find these days! I highly recommend him!

I recently had a furnace and air conditioner installed. Technicians Brysen, Lance and Wade were very professional, courteous and thorough in their work. I was extremely pleased with their exemplary service and attention to detail. Product Specialist Nathan Tolley did a masterful job with coordination and follow-up. Oh my goodness! These guys are AWESOME! We had an “86 degree situation” in our house during a heat advisory, and JJ and Eric came right out to help save the day so that my 89-yo grandmother wouldn’t get overheated. They were extremely polite and professional, and did an excellent job keeping us informed of the project’s status along the way. We highly recommend JJ, Eric, and Comfort Heating & Cooling!

I had a 27 point inspection done for $179 on the furnace. And he said he cleaned it. He didn't find anything wrong. He was working on it maybe 20min. Seemed knowledgeable and did his job. Very personable and friendly. For $425 we could get the blower wheel pulled out and cleaned. And if we sign up for membership we have priority and 10% off plus a new filter when they come out. If we pay up front for what sounded like 1 year. $328 + $425= $753. He said $710.50 for the year. The numbers just don't add up to me or my husband. $604 today without membership to get everything done. For getting Blower wheel pulled and cleaned and 27 point inspection.
