Corbin was timely, professional, and explained his diagnosis of our furnace problem and any other questions we had. He fixed our problem by installing a new furnace gas valve and was respectful of our property and complete the fix in a timely manner. I give Corbin (Kootenai Ductless LLC ) a 5 Star ⭐️ rating and he would be the person I would call again for my furnace needs and suggest you call him also.

Kootenai Ductless was super easy to deal with and friendly. Corbin provided an exceptional system for our residence and did so with professionalism. No question if I needed another ductless system in north Idaho, KD would be my first call.

Corbin is one of the most genuine people I've ever encountered. I have known him personally and professionally since I sold he and his wife their first house years ago. I can honestly say there is no one else in the HVAC industry I would trust to have working on my equipment or installing a new system. So many, once local, companies now are bought out by big corporations that when you call to make an appointment you are sent to a call center. Highly recommend this company, please read! - Had an expensive 4 zone 48k BTU mini split HVAC system installed wrong, it wasn't cooling effectively plus one air handling unit was leaking from condensation. The company I used dissappeared on me. Had another reputable HVAC company inspect, they didn't correctly diagnose, and proceeded to recommend a whole new system for around $15,000. I felt like my existing system could still be worked with, so I found Corbin at Kootenai Ductless. Not only did he provide rush service, he assessed and quickly identified a problem with the wiring, and within a few hours had it fixed for under $300!!! Through the process I could tell he is passionate about his trade and is an excellent diagnostic, unlike many others out there who just want to sell expensive new systems and not look for the most cost-effective solutions. I manage multiple rentals and will definitely be using Kootenai Ductless again!
