Excellent service. Great customer service had hot water heater replaced in 3 hours after calling them

I had a neighbor that she had just replaced her gas water heater and used Sawyers, and was super happy with their work and price. So I chose to replace my gas water heater since our homes were built the same year, and I do not think it wise to wait until a water heater leaks or stops working, to replace it. I like to think it is wiser to avoid water damage risks. So I called and spoke to Tracy at Sawyers and told her what I wanted, and she got back to me with a complete price for everything, including top of line water heater, exp tank, drain pan, gas and water supply lines, so I said, schedule it. David came out and did the complete install the next day, arrived exactly on time, and it is perfectly installed. I was in commercial construction for my entire career almost 40 years, and I can say David is a Professional Plumber. I am very picky about quality, and even how all supply lines are installed. David was the best. He took the time to install it right, and Sawyers is my new favorite local Plumbers.

Warren came out and replaced my hot water heater. He was on time and very professional. Travis, Dennis, Wayne and Warren were all great to deal with. I highly recommend using this company!

Our plumber was Brian, he was so thorough, professional and knowledgable. When finished with the kitchen faucet, he asked if there were other plumbing issues. In fact, I asked if he would look at the other 2 bathrooms. So glad I did, he found sediment in all of the aerators and cleaned them all out. I was so appreciative that Brian would take the time to fix all of our plumbing needs, on the first service call, which saved us another service call and time out of our busy day!
