I work closely with BrightView in maintaining several large, upscale communities under my management, and their team consistently exceeds expectations. Their communication is clear and proactive, their standards are exceptionally high, and their response times are impressively fast. Just as important, they bring a personal touch to their service that makes them a pleasure to work with each day.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Chris Drake and the team at BrightView Landscapes during my time as the Senior Community Manager for Heron River HOA, Dry Creek Ranch HOA, and River Park Estates HOA — all high-end master-planned communities. Several of these communities were in the early stages of development and encompassed thousands of acres of meticulously maintained common areas, expansive green space, annual flower beds, fescue slopes, ground cover, diverse trees and plant material, and hundreds of Colorado Blue Spruce evergreens.
Chris and his team are truly exceptional at what they do. From early-stage development and landscape installation to the ongoing, meticulous maintenance of complex irrigation systems and mature plantings, their attention to detail is unmatched. Managing properties of this size and caliber requires not only technical expertise, but proactive leadership, strong communication, and well-executed systems — and BrightView consistently delivers on all fronts.
Every BrightView representative I’ve worked with has been attentive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. When challenges arise, Chris and his team respond promptly and professionally, providing thoughtful recommendations and clear action plans. Their depth of experience in the landscape maintenance industry is evident in every interaction.
What stands out most is their leadership and company culture. It is clear they are passionate about their work, committed to their clients, and supportive of their employees. The team operates with pride, accountability, and professionalism — qualities that are essential when stewarding high-end communities.
I highly recommend BrightView Landscapes to any association, developer, or property owner seeking a landscape partner who understands excellence, long-term planning, and the level of care required to maintain premier communities. -
Great place, kind and welcoming

One of your vehicles recklessly drives through the roundabout at Star Road. Their rush to get somewhere almost lead to a collision. Hope to see safer driving practices from your company in the future.

I'm not sure who's running this company, but like the review above, they are absolutely reckless, inconsiderate, and dangerous to other drivers. Was driving down state, and their T-4 truck was hauling a trailer with rocks. They did not properly line the trailer, so every bumb he hit threw rocks all over the place, chipping my brand new vinyl wrap and front end. I literally had to break as hard as possible without causing an accident. I will be seeking legal actions for the repairs. Do not use this company. There are plenty more out there that are actually professional and safe. I tried catching up to the guy to let him know, but he was just driving too fast for my comfort. So now I'm just leaving a review here.

I am not a direct client but I was not impressed with the job they did on the front landscaping of my Toll Brothers home in Star. I was hoping it would’ve looked better and more care would have gone into it. It looks like they got in and got out as quickly as possible. Sod, rock, and plant placement all looks pretty rough.

Came home last night at 9pm to a flooded backyard (6” underwater). The company flooded the backyard of a new house build next to us. My wife and I were on the phone on and off with this company multiple times, and were up until midnight. They NEVER sent anyone out to make sure the irrigation valve had been isolated and never came to pump the water out (1,000 gallons +)

Approximately 11:55am on linder road employee had debris flying from their trailers, littering and hitting vehicles, a large piece hit my vehicle almost causing a wreck.Based on your other reviews this is not the first time this has occurred. Driver was also going about 10 miles per hour above the posted speed limit.
In Idaho, a first-time littering citation is typically an infraction with a fixed penalty, such as a $150 fine in some locations. However, repeated offenses can escalate to a misdemeanor with penalties including fines up to $1,000, jail time up to 30 days, and mandatory cleanup work. Idaho Code § 18-7031 outlines the state penalties for a misdemeanor offense, which includes fines up to $1,000, up to six months in jail, or both, plus potential cleanup.
