Blue Sky was very professional and knowledgeable. They fit me in on the day I called which was wonderful because it is hard to go without your refrigerator working. I would highly recommend!

I have called them three times this year for different problems. The individuals in the office are very pleasant and helpful. The repairmen (Oscar and Steve) were pleasant and most importantly they were competent and fixed the problem.

I interacted with just two people throughout my experience with Blue Sky, and both were phenomenal! Lizzie is the Customer Service Rep who handled my morning call and she was absolutely fantastic. Within 5 minutes of taking my info, she called back to let me know a tech would be out early that afternoon to check out my SubZero fridge. Upon ordering parts, she called SubZero and got the required parts credited, cutting the repair cost by about 60%!! Within two days work was completed, she reached out to ensure everything was working properly and asked if I had any questions. Lizzie went above and beyond!!

Ricky was the technician who came to my house to perform analysis and repairs. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable and honest about the brand and model I have, and explained that SubZero stands behind their products, even if they are almost 20 years old. He encouraged me to call the SubZero and inquire about them absorbing the cost parts replacement, which I was prepared to do until Lizzie took the wheel and did it for me. The parts took a few days to arrive, and once they did Ricky was back out one day later to fix everything! He was fast, careful, courteous, and respectful of me, my dog, and my home. Blue Sky was a pleasure to work with, and they turned a frustrating inconvenience (fridge not cooling) into a great experience! Thank you Blue Sky!

The service technician is friendly and polite. He get the job done in time manner and explained the process. They have fixed my oven amd microwave. I highly recommend this company. Both tome they came out the next day and fit the issue.

Outstanding company. My regular maintenance detected an issue that could not previously have been detected before. My technician was right on it and took care of it immediately. He went above and beyond in addressing my issue. I heartily recommend this company; they are first rate.

Our technician Anthony very quickly diagnosed the problem with our Cove dishwasher immediately and fixed the problem. The dishwasher is running perfectly. He is extremely knowledgeable and very methodical. I highly recommend Blue Skye Appliance service for their great service and highly trained technicians. Stellar service.

Steve visited to repair our Sub Zero fridge, quickly diagnosing the issue, explaining the repair, options and general technical info that was helpful, even making the fix during his visit. He was super friendly and professional and a great guy. A++ for fast appointment, super friendly team, having parts on the truck, which allowed a same-day repair.

We had several issues with our Cove dishwasher, Wolf induction stove and Subzero refrigerator. Ethan and Alex resolved all of them and were very professional. They work as a team and are extremely courteous. We haven’t experienced such a wonderful service experience. Thank you!

Great service and company! Mark (the technician) was great and made sure everything on my wolf oven was working well prior to leaving. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to talk to as well!! On a side note, if you need a wolf oven repaired, make sure you call wolf first if your oven is out of warranty. They will make it right. My oven was one year past warranty. They still covered my parts, which saved me a lot of money.

Highly recommend. Excellent experience with Blue Sky. The technician was very professional and experienced. He was able to remote into my unit before hand to identify the issue, then when he came to my home he already had the part with him and replaced it on the spot while he was here. Then he gave me good tips and tricks for keeping my refrigerator running efficiently. I will use Blue Sky for all of my Appliance service needs moving forward.

My wine refrigerator was malfunctioning; once I called Blue Sky, an appointment was scheduled promptly. Lionel, who serviced the fridge, was knowledgeable, kind, fast and prompt. All communication with the office (Kate) was also done professionally and promptly - we had to order a part and schedule another appointment. Anthony was here to service my new oven; the door was not aligned or closing properly. He was on time, very respectful, tried a wide variety of adjustments and was supportive of my request to replace the door when it could not be properly closed.
