Very happy with their service, we called them at 7:00 pm and by 10 pm my washing machine was fixed.

We’ve used them for years now. They’re punctual, communicative, fair priced, and they do a good job.

Repaired my washer/ dryer for rental property

First Company I called said get a new washer (unrepairable). I called Cruz Services and they repaired it.
Very honest, and professional. Mr.Cruz and his son were great. I was truly impressed. I would highly recommend them.

Le page $100 para que fuera a ver my refrigerador si fue pero quedo de regresar y nunca volvió me canse de hablarle y textearle para que por lo menos me regresara mi diferencia ..Nada nunca me contesto muy Mal Servicio no se los recomiendo yo lo he usado varías veces y siempre le faltaban partes que tenía que llevar y nunca regresaba

Cuidado con estos abucivos me arreglo un refri, cobra 130 de labor mas las partes, me pidio 100 dolares para las parte y segun me traia la nota para ver lo que costaron, al final me cobro los 100 por las partes y una costo 9 dolares y la otra 10.98 .........Que aparte de sus. 130 de labor se agarro los otros 80 que sobraron para sus aguas ? La verdad es que no lo recomendaria a nadie

This guy has no clue on what he's doing

They made an appointment for noon, called them at 1:30, and they said they were "running late due to traffic". I told them not to bother coming out. Called someone else.

Wish there were 0 stars. I had to pay $150 for someone else to come fix an icemaker that they installed. Called and texted multiple times and they never responded. It’s hard to support local businesses because of service like this.
