As good as it gets - from initial contact to complete install of all equipment. The team was highly responsive in evaluating and identifying an urgent problem to delivery and install, all within 3 days which included a weekend. All personnel so technically proficient.

I am extremely content with the service call performed by service. Randy immediately established the problem of no cool air circulating to our 2nd and 3rd floor and quickly and efficiently cleaned the units. He was professional and detailed. I would recommend eco heating and cooling and will be using their services again. Highly recommended.

High quality work with very professional staff. The technician wore a mask without having to ask. I had used a bargain duct cleaning service the day prior. Randy used a bore scope and discovered missed debris in the vent and found ventilation restrictions not identified by the bargain guy. Addison Heating & Air Conditioning will be my go to cleaning company henceforth, no assumptions or doubts of the work performed. Five stars!
