Above and beyond, Mark and Brian are perfectionists! More importantly their employees reflect their Business Development. They are respectful and care what their finished project looks like. Very satisfied for 20 years now

Had these guys install some bushes, trees, a couple flower beds, and a patio and they did a fantastic job. I also use them for snow removal and they have been great. Highly recommended.

I’ve had them do multiple jobs throughout the years both at my home, my office, & have also referred them countless times to friends & family. Always top notch work. These guys do fantastic work and move quickly. This is for upscale businesses and residential. If you’re looking for a beautifully manicured property to impress the neighbors then look no further.

OUTSTANDING! EXQUISITE! Green House Green Light, GO! The entire crew and company deserve a 10 out of 10. From the moment of estimating the job to the followthrough at the end of the job, we were treated like royalty and we knew we were the only clients on the books! Hats off to Brian Lee for setting up the job, getting the right men on the crew, and listening to what we wanted done. We knew we were in good hands. The quality of work was extraordinary: Octavio is your man for flagstone pathways and patios, Luis is your man for supervising and getting right in there for the work. Every man working on this crew deserves commendation! It was a big job for a residential job: back yard foundation and flagstone floor/apron for a greenhouse, install rain barrels, create flagstone pathways, hand-dig the channel for the electric to be run, install trellises, create flowerbeds, order and install sod on a day’s turnaround . . . And then they followed up out front and installed a beautiful driveway and front walk with stone pavers and contrasting border They were on time each morning, and they cleaned up the grounds before departing each afternoon. The owner went above and beyond - we caught Brian Lee out there watering the new sod in front one morning a few days after completion. Even Sally came by to witness the beautiful results. TimberRidge is the best! Well done, and thank you!

My apartment complex used this company for landscaping and they damaged my brand new car twice on two different days, they drive past your car with the lawnmower and let all the dirt and debris hit your car and it chipped my paint, costs $2000 to fix the damage and I talked with the owner and told him how I will take care of it and I just want his guys to be careful by my vehicle after the first time it happened and then it happened again. The owner proceeds to tell me it’s my fault that they damaged my car bc I parked to close to the grass in my ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT, I can’t park anywhere else and they should have some respect for peoples property but they don’t and the owner didn’t care.

Would not recommend. Seems to them like coming and salting or plowing is optional. Me and my crew still end up shoveling and salting because being hopeful that TimberRidge will show up just does not cut it.

When they do come it is in the afternoon.....after the job was needed? LMFAO

They lay down mulch, watch it wash away, and never fix it. Convinced our HOA to remove perfectly healthy plants and replace them with the cheapest things they could find that they do not maintain. They have started doing our snow removal this year and only show up two days later around noon after the community shovels everything themselves and clears out their own path to their cars. Better off hiring high school kids cause they will put in a better effort.

These guys suck. Plain and simple they suck. Oh and did i mention THEY SUCK!!! I guarantee you all would be better off giving some neighborhood kids a couple bucks and they’d do a better job than these guys. Absolutely awful work and they leave a huge mess afterwards. Especially after their lunch break, they don’t bother picking up the garbage and just litter all over people’s yards. Just awful!

We had this company quote a job for our manufacturing facility. The quote we got was a very fair price but it was not specific about the task. We wanted them to remove some bushes all around the plant, roots and all. But the quote did not specify if they were going to remove the roots as well. We were also not given a specific date for the job the be performed.
I had my director of purchasing reach back out to them to make sure they understood the scope of the job at hand. As I said the quote was very low in my opinion.
They did not pick up or return our messages for about a week. It was not until we left another message saying we would be using someone else for the job that we received a response.
We got a terribly rude email basically berating is for canceling. Telling us that we are not good to work with. Signed “Mark - Owner”. WOW is right buddy, you are very unprofessional and I believe we dodged a bullet canceling and using a service that gave us a concrete time and whose estimate spelled out the true scope of what would be done.
Thank you Mark, for showing your true colors the way you did. I am very disappointed in how you treated my employee. She is a very kind, loyal person and did not deserve to be talked to that way.

We had a very poor experience with MARK from TIMBERRIDGE LANDSCAPING from Addison, IL. Our lawn was severely damaged after just one season of service. When my wife called to address the issue, the response was rude and unprofessional. Communication was difficult with the crew, and instead of cleaning up properly, they blew debris—rocks, grass, and leaves—onto our lawn. I would not recommend this company. The owner is a simple man, likely without formal education. As you can see, even mowing the lawn is beyond him. ALL STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

If you're considering hiring this company, be aware: communication is difficult if you don’t speak the same language, which can cause confusion and mistakes. Their work practices are questionable, whatever they mow down, they blow back onto the property along with street debris at the end of the job. Not recommended if you’re looking for attention to detail or accountability.
