Russ's plumbing & Sewer installed an outside sewer clean-out because I had roots in my sewer line. They were extremely professional and competitive on price. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Honest, hard working. Russ explained the steps and answered all our questions. Then performed all the work in one day. My water pressure is amazing and the pricing was fair. They came highly recommended and I now know why.

Great service - clean, responsive, and very professional work! They replaced the water line from the street to our house, worked well with the Village of Glen Ellyn, and made the entire process much easier than I expected. Highly recommend them for any plumbing and sewer work.

These guys are great. They are clean, easy to work with, fair and they communicate really well throughout the job. Also, I had a complex job and they were the only company (out of 5) that came up with a solution that I felt made the most sense. They know their stuff. If you have a problem, definitely get their opinion.

Probably the best plumber in the business if you need serious sewer work. On time, extremely professional, reasonable, good rapport with City of Elmhurst. Anyone who needs city/sewer work at your home should use Russ. Not allowed to give 6 stars!!!

We called Russ’s Tuesday afternoon John was here at 8 AM the next day. Complicated install done in an hour. So grateful to have a reliable and honest plumber to go to.

I have used Russ's a few times and I have found that their people are always polite, on schedule, and effective in resolving my issues. They have newer and more accurate technology compared to the company I had been using previously. Russ's pricing is in line with the others in the area.

My blind 88 year old father's toilet broke. It is difficult for him to walk to his other bathroom, especially at night. I called Russ's Plumbing and they without hesitation sent Chuck to my fathers home within couple of hours from my call.
Chuck arrived and fixed the toilet in no time. Chuck was absolutely wonderful and my father called me at least 5 times to make sure I let the owner of Russ's plumbing know what a great job Chuck did and how wonderful he was to my father. I would like to thank Russ's plumbing for their professionalism, for their speedy service and for the kindness they showed my father.

Great work from the team from top to bottom on my sewer clean out install. Office was professional, friendly, quick and efficient. The install crew did a very solid job with minimal mess. They provided a DVD demonstrating my entire sewer line which was really re-assuring. Equally important the work was the most cost effective amongst the competition. I would recommend this company first.

I will be the first to admit that I might be juuuuust a little picky when it comes to choosing the right contractor for the job, so it's VERY high praise when I say that Russ and his sons knocked my socks off on the real big four day job they recently completed at my home. A rarity in the day and age, they don't cut corners, and they REALLY know what they're doing--I didn't feel for a moment like "Hmm, I might need to keep an eye on these guys." These guys are the rare plumbing contractor capable of the complex, heavy duty residential work that others can't do.

I had several "highly recommended companies" quote a complex new overhead sewer conversion + a basement bathroom rough-in for my 1950s home. Most couldn't handle the scale of the job, and the others had no clue how to do the job. Russ instantly knew how he'd spec the job, what potential pitfalls or change orders could crop up, and how the village would like to see the work done. There was a little bit of a delay (okay...9 months) between having RPS out for the initial estimate and me being ready to begin the work (permits, plans, time), but Russ's still picked up the phone, dealt with my delays, honored their estimate without missing a beat and fit me into their busy schedule.

When it came down to project kickoff, Mike and Johnny absolutely killed it. They outlined the scope of the project, let me know exactly what they would be doing, how they would do it, how long it would take and how they would solve any potential problems that could crop up.

From cutting way too many linear feet of concrete slab, to excavation, to coming up with creative venting solutions, to coordinating the concrete delivery and inspections, Mike and Johnny took a big, messy, pain in the a** job and turned it into some creative and impressive finished work. They're all SUPER nice people to boot, and I instantly felt comfortable enough to let them in the house in the mornings to do the job while I went in to work. Angela in the office was quick to field any and all questions I had, and there were a lot--thanks for putting up with me :)

Can't say enough about the great job they did. I would (and will) hire Russ's again.

Best plumbing company in the area. We bought a fixer upper home 10 months ago and have worked with several plumbers. Russ and his crew surpasses them all. They just finished our overhead sewage conversion because our plumbing was disintegrating under our home. It was a big project since we have 3 full baths, a half bath, 7 sinks, and 2 laundry tubs.This company was highly professional and worked hard even through the rain to get it done in a timely manner. So glad we had them do the job. We will be using the again.

Russ's Plumbing has helped us out with small and large plumbing repairs for several years. As a property management company we are only as good as our vendors. The staff is always responsive and professional. I highly recommend them to all our clients, family and friends.

They did a great job with our sewer repair. It was in a tight area next to our house and fence, and the excavation was very careful and disrupted as little as possible. They were prompt, knowledgeable and friendly and I would definitely use them again.

Russ and his team are great! We had a new sewer installed. They moved plants for us, protected my wife's tree. They cleaned up everything after they finished. Great group! If you need a Plumber call Russ's!

Russ & his crew replaced our old home's lead water service line. They couldn't have been more thorough, thoughtful, responsive, and detailed. We felt like we were in good hands from day one. Even better: the project took a lot less time than we original thought! We will definitely be calling Russ and his team for any future projects.

We have had to use them twice for different reasons. From the minute you call the lady you speak to is wonderful. We had John do our work. Talk about a guy who is knowledgeable and has a great personality. We also thought their work was superior and their prices fair.
